Otel.comBooking not confirmed with the hotel

I hade made a booking with otel.com on the 22nd may 2014.When i calll the hotel today on the 5th of september 2014 they said that your booking is not confirmed and we have some issue with otel.com which is none of my concern cause i have already paid the full amount.This is a very serious and a legal issue so kindly get it sorted with the respected hotel as soon as possible
