Ossett Tyre house agreed to fix a head gasket problem, after 3 weeks of trying the couldn't do the repair, they then sent the car to an unknown so called specialist who advised them that it was a different problem causing the fault (which wasn't there before) and was going to cost £1300 extra to repair. So not only did they not fix the problem, they may have cause the additional issues while messing about with it for 3 weeks. In summary the car was driven in and after they had it it couldn't be driven away, the bill was sent out of control and in the end they have just kept the car to pay for it. Going legal with them would have cost more than the car and i didn't have that sort of money or I would have done out of pride. Please be careful if you are intending to use this company in the future, i would also recommend that you get any quote in WRITING before they commence the work! This is what let me down.

Went to this so called garage on Tuesday for a air con recharge. All I've been having is problems after that. They took my radiator tank cap off for some unknown reason and never put it back in. Didn't notice it for 2 days. Why would you notice something like. You expect a job to be done right. All of a sudden smoke started coming out from my bonnet and when I opened it the cap was off. Then when I turned the heater on it would take 40 minutes for my car to warm up compared to the 10 minutes it took before Tuesday. Went back on Friday to tell them and they refused to take any responsibility and not my air con doesn't even work. Would I trust them NO.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
