I went to BEAVER STRIPES & MOLDING SUPPLY…in phoenix arizona, 2839 W. McDowell Rd, phoenix az, 85009. [protected] . On 11-09-2012 they put on molding on the sides of both doors, i went to my normal car wash. the right side molding came loose about 1/2 inch in the front. this enough that it will get ripped off the next time i do go to the car wash if it comes off again i want them to fix it correctly. because this time, they only added tape & glue to it. now it sticks out more then before. they were rude to me. & said i should be washing my truck by hand ! I have spent $55.00, 80.99, & 20.00 & 153.00 so far with them doing graphics & moldings for my truck . the owner MICHAEL WHITE . offered no help, & said go to a different car was rudely to my face. making fun of me. And hanging up on me.. i told him i would report him to the BBB, & he said he did not care. & laughed.

this is horrible & a terrible way to run a business.. i have had 3 cars, & trucks that went thru with them with no problem. that was when TRUDY ran & owned the business, she was a delight to do business with. this new owner MICHAEL WHITE needs to be more customer service oriented, if this molding comes off now i don ‘t know where to go, i will never do business with them again. as i do not feel comfortable there.

please make sure he is reported. . I have spent $308.99 so far. and also a decal under the molding peeled away, they are not cleaning the trucks surface good enough. I could do a better job ! I I looked the if they did & now it sticks out even further, it will definitely come off now. pleas help me get this situation fixed. thank you
