Orbit Showtime Network [OSN]osn channels subscription

On May 2018 I received a follow up call from your customer service in which I requested to freeze my account for 6 months due to personal issues. The call center informed that they will deduct May subscription but starting from June they will suspend my account until any further notice from my side. Unfortunately, I found that on June the subscription was deducted again and when I called the customer service they told me that I did not report holding the account so I requested them to revise the calls to confirm that I held the account and revert back to me BUT I NEITHER RECEIVED A FEEDBACK NOR THEY SOLVED MY PROBLEM I only received two kinds of calls one from the payments asking me that they have to deduct the subscription and another from the call center asking for the million times why did I cancel the subscription and I already told them several times. ALSO I RECEIVED UNEXPLAINED CALLS IN WHICH WHEN I REPLIED I HEAR I RINGTONE THEN NO ONE FROM THE CALL CENTER ANWERS AND LINE HANGS UP. Yesterday I received a call from the VIP section and AGAIN for 100 times they told that they will revise the calls and come back to me and they didn't
TODAY I RECEIVED THE SAME MYSTERIOUS UNEXPLAINED CALLS IN WHICH WHEN I REPLIED I HEAR I RINGTONE THEN NO ANWERS AND LINE HANGS UP
I am shocked by this service level from big Name like OSN therefore I need a Manager or someone who is keen one the brand name to call me
