Olive Gardengeneral restaurant service

My partner and I went into Olive Garden for an anniversary dinner on December 2, 2018 (a Saturday.) We were seated and brought our drinks. We looked at the Early Dinner Duos menu, and asked our waiter if the deal was available to us on that day. He said yes, so we ordered the Lasanga Classico and the Five Cheese Ziti. About 30 minutes later, we get our salad and breadsticks. It felt like our watiter was ignoring us- especially because the restaurant did not seem busy whatsoever. We tried to flag him down multiple times without success.See the Top 10 Worst Companies in Mount Vernon, WA He eventually stopped by our table to tell us that the Dinner Duo Deal is not available on weekends, and told us he will get us the same meals we ordered off of that menu and before we could say anything, left. No menu given to us to look over again, no communication of price, nothing. We had been trying to communicate with him during our whole anniversary date. The food came cold, and before we left tried to ask the waiter if we could talk to a manager. No manager came to talk to us. When we left, we finally found the manager and told him about or experience in which he replied, "Well, what do you want ME to do about that?" We are absolutely horrified at the customer service we received.
