Next Millenium Credit Card / They stole money from my account

I was checking out credit cards and came to their site I started filling out the appplication including my bank routing number BUT when I got to the part about the 99.95 application fee I exited the site without ever clicking on the submit button. One month later and I was reviewing my bank staement and I have a charge on there for 99.95 taken out of my account plus a 35.00 dollar overdraft fee. I was furious but as it was a saturday afternoon I knew it was going to have to wait until Monday. On Monday I checked my account balance and the fee had been returned to my account and I thought nothing more of it until yesterday when I checked my account balance and found out that not only had next millenium charged my account AGAIN I now had 135.00 in overdraft charges and my bank account is 202.25 overdrawn! I have been trying to fix the problem for 2 days now. I am single and live from paycheck to paycheck and I have to keep a VERY sharp eye on how much money is in my account because not only do I have to pay my bills out of checking account I also have to be able to buy gas and groceries from that every week. I make little enough money as it is and now the overdraft fees alone are going to eat up 75% of my next paycheck. I have to pay rent and utilities and I'll have enough to cover those without overdrawing my account but I won't have enough to get gas to get back and forth to the job I so desprately need. I am so angry and frustrated right now. My bank is trying to help resolve the problem but suggested that I go down and file a police report. WHAT NEXT? I didn't know that companies like this were just allowed to reach into your bank account and take whatever they wanted out. What am I going to do? I am scared.

You need to contact the BBB and let them know what happened, it looks like a lot of people are upset by this and could be a class action lawsuit against them. I would suggest the CLEAR from American Express, it has no fees of any kind and you can choose to pay in full or carry a balance. Good Luck!

you took money out of my account without permission so i should sue you guy or we can make an agreement one to give me my money back or you give me a credit card with my name on it and a other card with my wifes name on it if not i will be calling my lawyer today i would like an answer on my e mail today my e mail is power.carl@yahoo.com if i dont get an answer within 30 seconds i will call my lawyer
