Apparently for the past 3 mos now I've been also charged $7.95/mo.
I am calling Macy's now & I think the best way is to call up your credit line, place your complaint... I am on the phone w/ them now.

This networkagenda.com should get sued. I mean how sneaky that they take a small sum per month. It all adds up, in a year's time to $95.40. Wow!

Those thing is not the amt really. It's that I never use my Macy's card! So, my unsuspecting a$$ will disregard a bill b/c I am so sure that the balance is 0. But, lo and behold the balance has been pending seven bucks for two months now.

You took 9.95 out my sons bank account and we have never heard of this company. Had did you get a hold of my sons account #? You are beening notified that I am turning you over to the attorney general office in WV. What kind of company are you that you would steal 9.95 frm a 18 yr old kid. Wonder how many other people you have stole frm.

A very angry mom.

I noticed the charge on my credit card. I called the phone # associated with the charge and found it to be disconnected. Needless to say I was distressed. I also found a charge to BSM/Grant Search which I know nothing about. I am dismayed that a company such as Google may be involved with these companies.

Oh Ryan, you are naive. Do you honestly think you can do anything about NetworkAgenda? You, personally maybe think you can, but have you by any chance looked into the "company" you work for. They are a large ring of scam artists under the guise of helping someone or offer a service. They are nothing but lying theives! I had never visited your website yet my account information was circulated to your company by way of GrantMasterCD, which is also associated with Grant Search Assistant, BSM Grant Search, BSM/SBA Express and RewardMeMore. I have charges from all these companies and have only visited one of those websites until I started to get all these charges on my banking account. I have tried the toll-free number at all of them and every one give either a busy or such a runaround you can never speak to an agent. If you work in their so-called customer service department, I have to let you know that I have sent numerous e-mails to the address on the website to no avail.

I want you to be aware and for you to let your "superiors" know that an official complaint has been submitted to the Department of Justice regarding yours and the other above listed companies. I'm sorry if you're the one to get the bad rap, you're probably just a guy trying to make a living.

Let me give you some advice, CHANGE JOBS.

That's where Network Agenda got their info! They also are associated with RewardMeMore, BSM/SBA Express, BSM Grant Search, Grant Search Assistant and GrantMasterCD. It's a big ring of theives and should be sued. I had no idea so many people have been affected by these crooks. Something needs to be done. I'm researching the posibility of a class action lawsuit, if one hasn't already been filed. If so, I'm going to jump on the bandwagon!

If you possibly gave your account information to RewardMeMore, BSM/SBA Express, BSM Grant Search, Grant Search Assistant or GrantMaster CD, that's where NeworkAgenda got your info from. They are all associated. The only option to stopping charges deducted from your bank account is to cancel your debit card (about a week's inconvenience), change your bank or cancel your credit card. My bank has informed me that would only prevent further charges, but doesn't mean you'll get any money back. Although, from reading this website, there are enough complaints about the above mentioned companies, I'm sure something can be done, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I was charged 9.95 and have no idea who these people are. I'm now afraid that going on any website I want to use can expose me to other such companies. I had 6 such charges in one month and called my bank to dispute the charges.

Network Agenda.com has also charged my college bank account 7.95, they caused me to be overdrawn - this unauthorized debit is costing me around 100.00. I cannot reach them by phone - it is an answering machine. I am so angry.

"My name is Ryan; Raven Media handles some aspects of customer service for Network Agenda. If you are at this site then it is probably because we failed you somewhere in the customer service process and I would like the opportunity to make it right.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate an account for Robert. Robert, Network Agenda is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for a free informational CD. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Network Agenda's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to then end of the trial period or anytime thereafter.

This is the customer service number for Network Agenda [protected], they are available Monday - Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.

Baloney!
If this was a trial period, I would have been given login information, and information to be able to access the account!
Also, if it was the service they claim to offer, they'd be charging so much more!

Give us our money back!

Every attempt to call them gives me a busy signal, or no signal.
Every attempt to e-mail them gets no response.

I'll have to have my bank reissue my card, and investigate them further. This is getting frustrating.

I was charged from Network Agenda.com and I called them and simply stated that I noticed a charge on my account and they said it would be 7-10 days before it was put back in my account. Kind of strange because I didn't even tell them it was unauthorized they just knew. I think this kind of thing happens all the time.

Networkagenda.com has charged my credit card 9.95 unauthorized, I haven't even heard of them. Also Rewardmemoremethod charged my card 33.87, never heard of them either. I think this is related to me buying a dvd from Grantmaster for 1.97 which I never received, but than was also charged an additional charge of 39.95 for BSM/Grant Search Asst, due to me not canceling free access to there website within 14 days. They refused to give me my money, but said they canceled my order. Right after that these charges from the other sites were charged to my credit card. I also remember receiving a phone call from Grantmaster telling me they will be sending me a free gift, that will be activated as soon as I click on the email from them. I never opened an email again from them, but deleted many. I think that's the scam the free gift is probably from these other companies and if we don't cancel they charge us to continue services that we know nothing about.

This is my second e-mail because I called Networkagenda.com and found out that I had the 9.95 billed because I had ordered Googlemoneyprofit on a trial basis and after 14 days you are charged 9.95 through networkagenda.com for that CD if you have not canceled your Google account. I canceled my account while on the phone with them and no more charges. I thought this might clear things up for some of you.

I also do not know this account, I just got off the phone with my bank who notified me that this 9.95 was taken by debit from my account, I did not do this or authorize this, I have never even purchased anything from the internet w/my checking or debit card. This has caused me to be overdrawn on two different checks, on for 3.76 and another for 80.24 I clearly had the money in my account until this automatic unauthorized withdrawal came through , so with the fee's of 20.00 on each check, I am now in the negative and cannot even pay for the checks they now have sent back. I am a single mom I work two part-time jobs and am a student. I have no way to pay this money back , I work for a collage that I am layed off for a whole month throughout the holidays, and I will not be receiving any money from this time off. Im worried of being in trouble w/ this and not being able to pay for these checks that I did have money for until this came out of my account, Im begging please return this money to my account, before my reputation w/local stores and my bank credit standing is ruined. I worked very hard to earn this money to allow my son a decent Christmas and also upcoming b-day Jan 7th, I cannot afford the charges this has cost me , without some help from your company who illegally took my money from my account, I do not know what to do? Please do the right thing and respond to me or my bank as soon as possible.

Sincerely Concerned Parent,
Jennifer Nichols
I would appreciate a phone call and explanation about this, also my money back quickly. Any questions or chance someone will talk to me please call me at [protected]
