Netflights / Worst Customer Service...never again.

I have spent the last 3 days trying to add my infant son to my ticket. The first day i had no call back. I called on the second day to be told my request was in their "inbox" and had not been assigned to anyone. At the very end of day 2 I get a call back saying they have been trying all day to contact the airline with no luck and that again my request would be put back in inbox for someone the next day. Day 3 I call first thing in morning, to be put on hold at 10p a minute for 45min. I was spoken to once in 45min. I asked if I could get a call back when they found more information and was told it was a call IN center and they could not call out. Obviously that's a lie because I received a call back the previous day. After 45 min no one was even coming back online so I ended up having to call the airline directly to get an answer. Strange enough I got through in first couple of minutes!!! After spending 700 pounds you would think I could get a call back, an answer and not be put on hold while they make more money. I will never again use this service. Because of the days I spent trying to get help it's now too late for me to change my ticket without showing up at airport and hoping for the best.
