Ordered a few times from NAPS because of good reviews on other sites. Have to say their products were mediocre but they worked and service was good. Recent shipment did not arrive. NAPS provided no help in tracking it. USPS required shipper's name and address to conduct a thorough trace, and NAPS would not cooperate with me. Their "customer service" people are arrogant and have only one response: No. The total order was close to $4000 so this was a big deal. Don't believe positive reviews on other sites - NAPS pays peope to say that.
