It was your worst decision when you decided not to recruit more employees to work in your customer service department. There's no one to do their job.
Not to mention that one day your company was nice because you had enough people to handle everything. But now you're big and you're understaffed.
I don't understand what's the point of saving money on this. Customer service is the most important part of your company. And now it works like crap.
