This institution is a degreemill. Upon investigation, I verified that Must University is not accredited by any accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation < chea.org >. Their "accreditor", the International Accreditation Organization, is not a recognized by Chea or the US Department of Education. Sources in higher education have informed me that Must University claims to operate in California. They are not state approved in California. http://www.cpec.ca.gov/CollegeGuide/AdvCollegeSearch.asp
The Oregon Office of Degree Authorization lists "Must University" as lacking appropriate approval or accreditation.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i have been enrolled for two years for MBA and suddenly after finishing almost 7 courses out of ten the university website is not reachable the phone lines and emails also not reachable. its been 3 weeks now. can anyone advise what can i do.
i already paid all the fees including the accreditation and everything.
I am a chartered quality professional and also a qualified lecturer (PGCE) who has studied with Must University, I have found the course to be well structured, very good supervision, and a most helpful staff. I am concerned about the quality of the knowledge, the delivery and the genuine concern for the student, and as far as my experience is concerned Must University have excelled themselves.
It must be taken into account that online supervision is not for everyone, it might not be congruent with their individual learning style, so it is very likely that some students will not be satisfied. I am referring to Kolbs Learning Styles, my advice is for prospective students to establish what their learning style is before doing and online degree.

If a university is not accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation don't mean is an fake university that is ignorant, please Chea is just one of the accreditation body recognize by the US Department of Education because they (USDE) do not accredited. There are many people trying to say this is accredited and this is not without the neccesary information, if you don't know, better don't say nothing. I don't study in Must university but just their students know if it is what they want or not.
Can someone put a stop to them ?!
They are fake, they use IAO as there accreditation which is also fake. No country recognizes IAO or Must University...I did check...And they also have Must High School which is also fake...I did my research and cant believe these guys and nobody doing anything to stop them...
My experience with what is called "MUST University" made me confident that they are a degree mill!
I approached them through an online ad to ask about PhD. programs and started chatting. Suddenly the guy asked for my number and gave me a call. He first gave me a brief and after that when we reached the fee part he said that its gonna cost $19, 000 for the whole program and i can finish the PhD within less than 1 year if i am hard worker.
When i told him that i will think about it and get back to you he gave me an incredible discount and told me that he can make the fees drop to $8, 000!
I also told him that i will revert back to him and here was the shock::::: He said that if i enroll with him on spot he can make the fees $2, 700!
Then i realized that it is definitely a degree mill and i personally do not recommend such a "Company"..
It's the biggest scheme ! They try to cut the call and ask u to jump on the live chat to cut the cost of the phone call! The biggest university in the world can't afford an international phone call! And they don't have an office.
Depends on the country that u r from they choose to contact u after hours so u can't make phone calls to see if they can b trusted..
I didn't enrol with them but I regret spending 2 hours chating with them.
I have lost with my documents legalization that I never got and they did not prove i was not there. No one called me, not them not the courier DHL or whatever courier. This is really a lost for me
I did study I did the assessments everything is not an easy task so I believe that is not a degree mill but that for sure will take off your savings. Why do busniess like this? using cheap tricks to enroll students and then double the fees telling that the first counsellor was suspended for providing wrong information about the prices. Onve you enroll you don't want to lose that first money right and then they will squueze the last drops of cash and ending telling some lies about the documents that I was no there to receive them once they did send me and they were destroyed according to the us law
Well I did pay I did get my degree but it's double after the course and I did not get the documents legalized and the graduation gown I did pay for
a degree mill is when you don't do any work for the degree and pay a flat fee. Sometimes, people want the education and don't completely care about getting a job from the degree, so leave your negative comments to yourself and stop being ignorant about MUST UNIVERSITY.
