Complaining about security and customer service. I bought memberships for both my children and one got compromised. Someone changed the password and somehow the email address. My daughter, like most children is pretty loose with keeping her password safe so when I email to try and rectify the situation I expected a quick resolution considering I can provide matching visa information. Wrong. Its been nearly a month and now they are just ignoring me. Had to cancel my visa account. Do not buy membership, its not worth the risk and hassle to cancel.
