Minas Brows And Spa review: waxing

I have got my underarms waxed .The wax used might not be a good one.
And it's not at all hot. So they had to apply wax 3 times repeatedly
They applied it putting effort and not smooth one.
They used smaller size strips to wax than usual
So they had to pull many times around 10 to 15 times per one arm.
It has just hurted me alot bleeded alot even after 6 hours of waxing.
Lot of red spots where I was bleeding
There is alot of itching too.
Please help me out.
