Code Red Roofers review: roof work 1

The worst! Does not disclose that their insurance policy has an exclusion for negligence. The were replacing our roof and did not cover it properly and we had over $13, 000 worth of water intrusion damage. They were unresponsive and never sent a remediation company to dry everything. We had drywall sagging in our family room for over 6 weeks. They would not file a claim with their insurance company, so we did and it was denied. They determined it was negligence on their part and there is an exclusion for that in their policy. Our insurance company said they were unresponsive after multiple attempts. Now have leaks after one year, not surprising
