I was eating Mary's Gone Crackers and one of them cracked my molar so badly a big chunk cracked off. The crown I now have to get is going to be over $1100.00. This company has a pretty dangerous product. They need to step up and take care of people harmed by the product. They have no warning on the box and there is no sense of which crackers may have rock hard bits in them and will break your teeth until you actually eat them and feel it happening. Horrible. I saved the piece of my tooth as evidence in case there is a class action lawsuit against them. If anyone does crack a tooth go to the dentist immediately because you can end up losing the tooth if bacteria gets under the gum in to the root of the tooth. Do not wait.
Oh and Mary...Change your recipe or method for making these crackers. We don't deserve to have our teeth broken for simply eating healthy.
I just had my back molar chip after eating Mary's Gone Crackers and I want to cry! I have amazing teeth and just saw my dentist who said everything is perfect! I felt like the crackers were rock hard and I am so angry that a piece of my healthy tooth has chipped off because of these crackers! I will NEVER buy this brand again. I am so mad that I spend all this time, effort and money in eating the most healthy diet only to have an overpriced packet of crackers chip my back molar! What was in the crackers that could have caused that damage? Is there any quality control?! These products need to be recalled for consumer safety!
Their lawyer's volley of responses after I broke off half a molar eating their "stones included" crackers were dismissive, arrogant, deflecting and completely unaccountable. If there's ever a class action suit, count me in.
It just happened to me last night! I love Mary's Gone Crackers and knew it was inevitable. I even warned my friends to be careful on how hard you bite down on these crackers! I lost half my tooth (#13) and today got my temporary crown...cost $1190! I seriously think there's tiny rocks in those crackers! Good luck! I'm still a fan...
I’ve cracked a filling on this product, and so has a friend! I also broke a tooth on this product. I like the crackers but it’s not worth the money in dental repairs.
I JUST cracked a tooth eating these crackers! 2 teeth are loose and I’m in serious pain. It’s Saturday and I can’t see a dentist till Monday. I just googled Mary’s Gone Crackers teeth and at least 8 complaints and lawsuits popped up! This is totally irresponsible. I’m saving the box.
I too have broken a molar on these crackers. Trying to get them to respond to my request for their legal counsel so my husband can submit our legal claim. No response. If this continues I will go to my local news station and COSTCO to report that this product has a serious problem and the company is unresponsive. I posted my grievance on their Facebook wall.
Two days ago cracked a back molar when eating some Mary’s gone crackers, although there was an old filling in it. Had a crown put on today. Interesting enough, I had the same trouble about a year ago on a different tooth that also had an old filling in it. Is the culprit the grit and seeds in the Mary gone crackers? two crowns later at $1350 each has me be Leary of these crackers

I just had a corner of a crown break eating these. Will absolutely be filing an official complaint.
