So, I gotta tell ya, I recently tried out Snackathon Foods and I gotta say, it's pretty darn convenient. I mean, who doesn't love a quick and easy meal, am I right? I decided to give their "rice" a try and while it did have a bit of a tangy taste that I wasn't expecting, I'm not ready to give up on it just yet. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from Snackathon Foods. I ordered two bags of Bark Thins, which I've bought from other places before with no issues. But when I got my Snackathon delivery, both bags were melted together into one big, messy blob. Not cool, man.

Now, I know they offer cold shipping for an extra cost, but I've never had to do that before with other vendors. So I figured I'd be fine without it. But clearly, that was a mistake. I'm pretty sure these bags were already melted when they were sent out, and they just didn't care enough to do anything about it.

However, after I completed my order, I received an email from the vendor stating that the product was short-dated and asked if I still wanted it. Since the item was freezable, I decided to go ahead with the purchase.

But that's not where the issues ended. I also asked if I could buy three more cases for a discount, and they agreed to the discount I proposed. However, when they sent me a PayPal invoice for the total, it was not discounted (minus what I had already paid). I asked where the discount was, and they told me that I would have to pay the non-discounted amount up front and then they would refund the discounted amount later. I was not happy with this arrangement and told them that I would not do business that way. I explained that there was no reason for me to pay the full price up front, and asked that they either send me the case I already paid for or a refund.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from them, but they did send me a PayPal refund. While I appreciate that they eventually refunded my money, I was disappointed with their poor business practices. It's not a good look for a company to make customers pay the full price up front and then refund them later. I hope that Snackathon Foods can improve their business practices in the future.

I recently ordered some crackers from Snackathon Foods and was extremely disappointed with my purchase. When I received my order, I opened the box to find that the crackers were all crumbled up into tiny pieces. It was like they had been thrown around during shipping and were completely destroyed.

To make matters worse, when I tasted the crackers, they were rancid. I couldn't believe it! I immediately reached out to their customer service agent, Vivian Phan, to express my concerns. However, I never received a response from her. I sent a few more inquiries and was completely ignored.

When I finally did hear back from Vivian, she told me that since the sell-by date was still valid, they would not be able to honor my return. She also pointed out their policy on their website that states they will not be responsible for refunding any crackers due to them breaking down during transit. I couldn't believe it! It was like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for their poor quality products.

I know for a fact that it wasn't transit that created this rancid cracker dust. It was simply poor quality control on their end. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received and the quality of their products.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Snackathon Foods. They stole my money and provided me with a terrible experience. It's bad business practices like this that make me hope they go under soon.
