Bought a box of Mary's Gone Crackers Super Seed Everything. Upon opening the Crackers found they were over baked. Tried one anyway, gross. I truly appreciate your stated values. I have had your crackers previously and totally enjoyed them. My disappoint is huge. Please send me a new box that is not burnt, also look into your quality control. Thank you B.B

Desired outcome: A new box of crackers that are done right or a refund. I paid $4.68.
