Loot Crateunauthorized credit card charges

This should be a simple matter to get this fraudulent withdrawal removed permanently from my account. I have spent a great deal of time with your claims department, and all they say is "temporary restoration" "will investigate". I have tried to call this company (Loot crate) and they have very limited on line access and have only an answering machine and no return call. Plus, in the process, i found this is a common practice on their part. The following should be investigation enough:

My note to loot crate - again, they apparently do this all the time. I never at any time authorized them to have continuing access to my account.

I am annoyed that chase - check my long customer history - doesn't *immediately* write this off as a scam.

I have tried to call you numerous times. I am very very upset with you; i have never subscribed to loot crate - i am a 70-year old man. I believe my youngest son, also an adult, a year or so ago may have subscribed, and may have given me cash to put in my bank to subscribe, but

(A) i did not subscribe to your "service" at any time.

(B) i did not authorize you or anyone associated with you to withdraw funds from my bank account for any kind of "auto-renewal".

(C) i do not want your service, and have never made use of it. Your dealings with my son are with him; he is an adult and he has his own account with another bank.

(D) unsubscribe.

(E) i want to hear from a real human being that you are refunding the substantial funds you have taken from my chase bank account. I regard this as a scam.

(F) i have looked up comments on your service and i see you are scam artists, to wit:

Aside from the obvious issue of you basically subscribing to lots of crap you will one day have to move being sent to your house, canceling the sub is incredibly difficult and it feels like they know that and purposefully do it ti get more money. People are greedy who knew...

Don't buy their subscription ...Better to buy beaver pelts at the swap meet, or gravel and broken glass to gargle with than waste your money on this giant heap a bleu cheese ..All you'll get in the mail in their box is frankenstein's underwear with skid marks on them...

I bought in for a year subscription with a discount code (Come to find out they have partnered with many sites so their normal subscription rate makes their discount codes seem like a deal) on nothing more than a whim. It's just extremely small (Despite ordering the largest they offer) and thin t-shirts with the occasional pop type figure...

Company will not let you cancel subscriptions. There is no way to cancel on their website and the only way to contact them is by email. When you try to cancel they tell you they are experiencing high volume and will get to as quickly as possible, but if you ask them any other question not related to cancelations they will get back to you immediately.

So my kids convinced to get this $#*!Ty subscription and i did. We went 6 months for useless piece of $#*!, i was busy and did not have time to cancel after 3 months. That's how i got to 6 months. Feb 6, i cancelled it. Feb 22 got reactivated again. Then i cancelled it again feb 22, 2 days later feb 24, account was active again. Wtf! Both...

My review is for the monthly subscriptions. Overall the loot you receive is pretty cool and i had no bad things to say about that.

What's the point of buying a 3 month subscription if they are going to charge you after those three months are up?
Basically you have to log into your account and cancel the subscription or else theyre...

I purchased the invasion crate about 4-5 weeks ago... Arrived today [protected]

The crate itself looked like it had been used as a football, all bash in etc, luckily the contents didn't seem to be damaged.

The items are of poor and cheap construction, the t-shirt is made of thin material that won't last long, the torch led's...

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Once you sign up they have you hooked. There seems to be no way to cancel you subscription, only a number to call (No one to talk to) and leave a message. Our order was cancelled the first of oct. We have received a box in late oct. Nov. And dec. All the boxes were refused and sent back unopened...

“scammed out of money & no loot crate”

There was a month inwhich i truly was intreseted in, so i bought a one month subscrinption. I then attempted to make sure it was canceled, i checked the website and couldn't see a cancel button anywhere. Due this i persurmed it's because i only got a month.

The new month came by and i had not the money in my bank so it didn't come...

What a ripoff!! I made a purchase october 16th for one month. They apparently then charged my debit card again on november 6th for another month saying i was auto enrolled in a subscription!! This resulted in a $36 nsf fee.

When i contacted them, they blamed me for "not understanding" how their website works and refused to cancel...

In the october 2015 box was a bill and ted shirt, which was cool, albeit the coolest thing in the box. It was labeled as a men's large, which is my preference. However, the shirt fits like a small and when held up to a large shirt, is in fact a men's small (In comparison). Loot crate has told me that i chose the wrong shirt size and that was...

Look at their bbb ratings to get a sense of the way they talk to people. Their csm are the most arrogant, obnoxious, and self-righteous people they could hire. This is phony corporate marketing disguised as geek fandom. I guarantee these rude ###s managing customer service couldn't even identify half the crap in their crates...
