I have submitted the ticket for two weeks now. Customers service agreed that I return the phone without providing a return address or information. Please investigate this ticket and provide return information.

I bought this phone and in the process of uploading, I was locked out. All effort to unlock proved abortive. Customers service said I can return it but does not provide any information to where it could be returned.
