I buy and sell used scooters here in Las Vegas. Sold a 2014 Scooter to a couple, Annie and Mark. First they worked me on the price. I told them you get what you pay for. They rode the bike, liked it and bought it. This was a great scooter. Then they turn around and review me as selling garbage. This was a new bike. Turns out they are scammers selling items at Budget Suites where they live. Scamming folks. Next, they contact me and tell me that they will take their bad review on me down for $300. Is this how letgo operates? Somehow they even blocked me from being able to report their abuse.

Someone was interested in my mac mini so we had a long conversation with slow responces from him then we finally agreed on a deal he give me 250$ and he picks it up at 5 . I later sent him my adress so he knew where to pick it up then he never texted back and didnt show up so i left a fair review that correctly explained the situation. After i left my review he left a terrible review review on me out of nowhere then when i asked him to expain his review he blocked me and never responded so i am here to see if it would be possible to remove the review and possible block the unfair user.

So I posted my car for sale about a month ago on letgo. I was getting hits and inquiries everyday. But I wasn't getting the offer I wanted, so I deleted the ad and put up a new one. Almost instantly I noticed the same attention I got before I wasn't getting this time. The only thing I changed was my photos but I put up better ones.

But here's the issue. When I look at my product from my letgo account it showed a nice clear full picture of my car. But when I went and found it on the public ad it was JUST a picture of my steering wheel.

Ok top of this all I got scammed by you guys because I'm one of the few that actually paid $1.99 to boost my ad. Can I ask you what boosting my ad does? Because it doesn't put the pictures up that I wanted as my main picture. It was right there with the other cars from a week ago in the same order so it doesn't make it more new. And I know I got scammed because the next day when I went to check my personal ad the same letgo offer popped up offering $1.99 to boost my ad. Why would it be asking me the very next day to do the same thing? Probably because it did nothing in the first place

Not following up with customer complaints. I have reported fake reviews on my 5 star rating which is very important when you consistently sell things. I get fake people that inquire about buying on a daily basis. They don't even check to see these people don't even have a profile ! I think if you are going to buy n sell, you should have stricter guidelines, and fake people you have never met, shouldn't be able to post on your reviews. I am thinking about doing my selling elsewhere, and a reputable site.

I list my 1998 Mercedes Benz for sale today, and each time it was discarded.
Now this was my first time posting on the site and I was having some difficulty placing the add. I am not a SCANNER. I am experiencing some hardship and needed to sell my car. I had just started to get some interesting offers, before my Item was removed. I was not very happy. You need to have a chat line to talk with the customers. I would like to repost the same car again. Now what should I do differently? Thanks, Ms B

In June and July a Karenina Sinkhorn from Denver, Colorado sold military memorabilia on your site. I have filed a complaint with the Denver Police Department and was told I must get some evidence. How do I get a list and picture of the items sold? I visited the web site and saw a list of what had been sold and what was for sale. I did notice a military rifle which the Denver Police are interested in.

Hi excuse me. Um someone just flagged my post that I just put up as a duplicate. I did not have another phone post at all. I just got on today. My first time. If this keeps happening then I'm using Kijiji only again. This is [censor]. Now I have to remake my ad. I don't understand why. There's a million of the same post all over from the same person. He person probably flagged mine so they wouldn't have competition. It's [censor].

Today, August 8th, I went to Cody Webber's house to purchase some vinyl records from him. It was very difficult to find, but when I got there (Still on time, even though his residence was not mapped on Google Maps), he wasn't, so I had to wait for him to arrive--which he never did. Eventually his wife brought the item out to me and I paid her. A few minutes later, he asked me to review him via the messaging service on LetGo. I did, giving him 3 stars because his house was very difficult to get to and he never showed up and I had to wait over 20 minutes for his wife to bring the item to me. He then messaged me and asked why I did not give him 5 stars. I did not respond because I was very uncomfortable by the situation, and did not feel like arguing over text with a man that I had never met. He then changed his 5 star review of me to 1 star saying I was not polite. I would like for this review of me to be removed because a) Cody Webber never met me, therefore cannot accurately judge my politeness, and b) I was nothing but polite to his wife.

I have had two users leave me false and vulgar reviews. Their names are Allen R. & Zohra. Today I came an hour out of my way to purchase an item from Allen R. He immediately messaged me he was leaving as I was approaching the destination after I immediately told him i would be there in exactly one minute. He then immediately blocked me and left me a bad review and called me a B**** in the review. He claimed in the review that I didn't show up and other false things. I reported him and chose the option for the message to be under review. Previously I asked a user named Zohra a question about an item and he called me a B****, harassed me, and left false reviews about me not showing up and every other negative option available when we never even arranged a meeting nor did I tell him I wanted his item. I also had that review be reviewed. I have two issues. First the review of Zohra's review has been under review for over two weeks and I have not heard anything from letgo about the review and the review had not been taken down and I fear I will have the same issue with Allen R.'s review. While I'm waiting a very long time for you all to review the reviews they sit there and people are reading them believing its true and I'm now having trouble selling items while waiting . My main issue is with these type of users not being reprimanded for their actions. Letgo is supposed to be an enjoyable site not one of harassment and disrespect. I ask that you solve this issue immediately. Otherwise I will delete my account and let everyone know about my terrible experience.

She has made a fake review talking about how I tried making her buy something and got so bad that she had to call the cops on me but yet we never even met together and she canceled coming multiple times I can even send screen shots of the whole conversation then this lady blocked me and set the false review and after all that tried to continue and make this worse by then sending me a message after blocking me calling me a "dum [censor]" I even attached all of her reviews because all the people who left reviews clearly say she never shows up and tells people to meet up at a certain location and she never goes and I am honestly scared because I gave her my home address and don't know what she is capable of doing. The one with 4 reviews and a total of 1 1/2 stars is her account

I had posted a table to sell and I received a message from the user listed above regarding my profile picture. The user wanted nothing to do with my post and was not looking to buy it, he simply wanted to give his opinion on how I looked in my picture and how I should change my looks. He then proceeded to call me a "confused [censor]" which is way out of line. I have attached pictures of the conversation so you can see how inappropriate and indecent this user was. I would like this user removed from letgo if possible.

I didnt know about the rules on letgo I went to my message to talk to Toni who wanted to buy a item of mine they were not close by they wanted to send me a check and to cash it before I would mail it to them well I got a cashiers check for 1850.00 and my item was for 40.00 they wanted me to send them the difference back I new it was a scam right away I tore up the check I didnot send the item the cashiers check number is 2854730 and the bank it came from was prosperity bank the name on the check was Arthur Greenwood and the person that was buying was Toni Polakowski

These people got my son to give them $1500+$1000 for a car that was never received. No response from them afterwards, and now it's on letgo again. I'm very upset that it cost us $2500. Never again! Very very disappointed! We contacted these people who sent us to eBay with official emails, and asked for money to be sent to them. After money sent no response and out $2500. Everything looked to be legit from a web site approach. They never responded back, of course they got there money already. Like I said never again. Fool me once, shame on me!

Being a very avid user of let go I may have some that could be upset that I refused an offer. However. Now. Someone's been harassing me by popping my post. As being of poor quality. For instance my YAKIMA KYACK ROOF RACL SYSTEM has been removed as a picture as a poster on a price of paper and a graph on a computer screen this type of thing is unacceptable from my point of view. Your no rules should have an oversite that if a single person flags another person say 3 times it should send up a flag that someone is engaging in harassment. I'm hoping you will give this you attention R.S.V.P. and I'd love to have this resolved3

I am so sick of people wasting my time on Letgo. It is a great app besides people using it as a great prank platform. Someone under the username of Ethan Klein continued to say he wanted to buy my items. Asked for my number to call, and continued to lead this on for over an hour saying he was new to the area and got lost. I would go to our agreed meeting spot just for him to lead me around town to other meetings spots because he was "new to the city". He called and said inappropriate things on the phone before bursting into laughter. It was one big joke and he was sitting at home with his friends and now he has made me look bad by lying and giving me a horrible and violent review. Please remove this [censor] for those who want to continue to use the app.

Today, July 6th 2017, the user I had sold my Toshiba thrive to changed his 5 star review to a 1 star, referring to me as a crook and a thief. I reported the review, but I wished to clarify why. His chief complaint was that I sold him the wrong tablet, he claimed it was an older model, but I made doubly sure to check the serial number against Toshiba's online logs before I sold it to make absolutely certain I had the right model on the app. As well, I sold the item to him about a month ago, so him suddenly changing it this long after is a bit suspect to me, especially because he never contacted me to air his grievances or ask for a refund before changing the review.
I don't wish for anything other than for the review to be removed if at all possible. It hurts that he would refer to me in such a hateful way without trying to work with me, and I would hate for others to think I'm not willing to work with any issue they may have.

Carl Fontanille had a item I was very interested in, so I send him a message with my name and email so we can talk about the deal, I mean I don't know where this guy lives, number or anything .I thought I was providing him a safe way to contact me but he up and blocks me.How was I supposed to do a deal if I don't contact him, why did he block me.Was this a scam or what?

This guy who was an African American sold a whole KYLIE Vacation makeup collection to me for $100. I met him in person after driving an hour there and back to get it, all info stayed on let go. I opened it at home and realized it is a horrible knockoff and when I decided to message the seller back about how the outside packaging of the makeup was made to look authentic but the makeup itself smelled of chemicals and was put into cases made of cardboard, and how he wasted my time and money, he blocked me before I can put a public review. I've reported the same listing on offer up to try to make...

I am very unhappy with selling on this site. I've had 2 people leave me terrible reviews and lie about things that never happened. I have no way to dispute what they say or defend myself. It makes me look like a bad person. In each case, they didn't follow through with purchasing an item they were supposed to get. I am probably going to delete this selling site. This is unbelievable.

there are people selling 6 boxed of shot gun rounds, and shot gun reloading kits on your app. However I get denied due to one half a box of rifle rounds. I feel like there are exceptions somewhere, and it is very very irritating. I understand not selling fire arms, however the ammo, (as long as its a person of legal age purchasing it, which should be the sellers due diligence), I feel should be ok and obviously you feel it is for some people and not others. so please let me now what you have done or will do.
