Horrible. UN-REPUTIBLE COMPANY! They sold us a damaged and defective product that sustaind water and fire damage prior to it leaving Legend Mciro and when they were contacted regarding the bad merchandise they began to scream and yell at the IT manager claiming we had 24 hours from receipt of the package to notify them but the receiver was on vacation for Christmas and our office was closed due to extreme weather for about 2 weeks. A Legal dispute is currently going on. Legend Micro has HORRIBLE customer service, someone actually called and yelled at me when we attempted to return the package back to them. We are a world wide company that is contracted with various countries and states.

This is the example of how review system is used to force the merchants to comply with the unreasonable demand.

This customer claimed he received the product from us damaged in Transit. We ship all products insured and would have no problem to file a claim and issue a full refund if customer would have reported this within a day or two of receipt (our policy -24 business hours). We received first call after the product was received and SIGNED in person and was in customer possession for 10 days. Our carrier will not accept any claims 10 days after delivery. We have explained this in professional and calm manner.

“ Fire and Water” damage appeared later on to impress the audience.
Legal dispute is Credit card charge back was reviewed by the bank and was closed in OUR favor.

Legend Micro is a scammer. They will send you broken items and then claim that the damage happened during shipping, even when it's clear that the damage could not have happened during shipping. I recommend staying away from these people unless you like being scammed or enjoy dealing with crappy companies with even worse return policies.
