Good afternoon,

It is 5:30pm in New York City. I just got off the phone with "Sonia" with the I.D. # 571. I received horrible service from her. I 'm not complaining because I did not get what I wanted, but the way I was treated. During our 8- 10 minute conversation, "Sonia" repeatedly attempted to speak over me. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor, she put me on hold for a long time. She returned saying there was no supervisor available after 5pm. It doesn't matter if this is true or not, the service I received was horrible.

I'm livid about this company. While playing on the PCH website, I signed up for free products from Keranique. I only had to pay for shipping. Since then, this company has been deducting amounts out of my account. When I called to stop payment, I was issued a return label. However, this tag expired while I was away on vacation for the holidays. I have not been issued another return label. Lo and behold, Keranique took money from my account again. When I called today, I got poor customer service from "Sonia" with the I.D. # 571. I am finished with this company!

I totally agree with @Kimmik! The @keranique representative should be fired! No wonder there are so many complaints. Save yourself, time, money and headaches with this company. I'm glad I checked before getting involved. I appreciate sites like this to prevent anyone else getting scammed in the future.

Sonia happens to be the sweetest lady I know. Sometimes we do have rude customers that are demanding, cursing, screaming, so IF she was speaking over you, there was definitely a good reason. People expect to get the products for free, that's NOT how it works. My biggest confusion with EVERY customer, if you Do Not understand how things in the future are going to be handled, WHY WOULD YOU PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OUT?! That's YOUR first mistake!

I was contemplating ordering this product but after seeing your response to this customer's complaint, I think I'll steer clear of your company. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I can assure you that this is NOT how you treat people, especially the ones that are paying your salary. You should be removed from your position, if not fired altogether. It's pretty obvious that you're not concerned about keeping customers, only scamming new ones.
