I orders the GodivasSecret (godivassecretwigs.com) topper online, but the color they sent me was not even close to what it looked like on the website. Plus, when I received the topper, it was so shiny and plastic-looking that I knew it wasn't going to work for me. I decided to return the topper for a refund, but unfortunately they kept a $30 restocking fee. To make matters worse, I also got hit with a $40 customs charge when the package was delivered. All in all, I ended up being out $70 for an unhappy experience.

Hey guys, gotta tell ya about my wig-shopping experience with GodivasSecret. Got the wig delivered on my doorstep the next day, which was pretty dope. But, ya know what, it wasn't exactly the right one for me. So, I sent it back and got another one instead. Can ya believe it, the new one arrived the very next day and it was PERFECT. These guys sure know what's up when it comes to quality service.

I mean, seriously, the service was top-notch. Not only did they get me my new wig super fast, they even had tutorials online to help ya out if you're a little on the petite side, like myself. And, let me tell ya, those tutorial on how to make it smaller were a godsend.

Highly, highly recommend GodivasSecret for all your wig needs. They definitely know what they're doing.

I gotta say, I'm really digging my new wig from GodivasSecret. It's super comfy and looks reaaally natural. I snapped a quick pic of myself wearing it so you can check it out for yourself. My hair is sandy silver-grey and pretty fine, so I went with the Sandy Silver shade and it's dot-on perfect! The wig is perfect for just kicking it at home or running errands.

But wait, there's more! When my hair is *allgrey, I'm definitely going back for a silver wig to match! Godiva Secret Wigs, y'all are the real MVPs! My wig is a Large Freedom, and it feels like a dream on my head. Way to make a wig that feels like I'm not even wearing it ;)

So I just got to say, I was really bummed out after my bad experience with wigsway. But then I stumbled upon Godiva's Secret Wigs and man am I glad I did! They got some killer reviews, but what really had me hooked was all the videos they have showcasing their selection of wigs and colors. That makes it so much easier to know what you're getting yourself into, ya know?

Anyways, I'm getting ready to order my 4th wig from them and I couldn't be more excited. I mean, seriously, I'd give these guys a 10 out of 10. They rock!

So, I came across GodivasSecret, and boy was I excited to try their wavy topper that was on sale. After I placed my order, I noticed that the topper was non refundable. Anyway, my order arrived and boy was I disappointed! This topper was so terribly fake, it was almost comical. Like seriously, you could easily see right through it and the part was so badly teased that even a child will know that it's fake. To make it worse, the clips were not positioned as shown on the videos. Like, was I expecting too much?

Honestly, I can't say many good things about this topper. It is so freaking light and thin that it doesn't properly cover the cap (sorry for the heavy vocabulary) and the teased crown looks untidy and messy - like a tuft of grass on a lawn. Honestly, there is no part to be seen, just a big, thick, tangled tentacle all the way down the back of the topper. Hmm...

What makes it worse is that there is a significant difference between the photos and the actual product. The clips have rubber things on them that keep sticking in my hair, damaging my own real hair as I struggle to free it from the clips. It's frustrating and heartbreaking, all at the same time.

Summarily, I feel cheated. This topper is incredibly fake, untidy and just plain ugly. I won't even recommend it to my feelings to try using it as material for their wigs. This is just a total mess.

When I was looking for a wig, I stumbled upon Godiva Secret Wigs' videos on YouTube. I learned that wearing a wig can be easy, so I decided to give it a try. One thing I love about this company is the reasonable prices. As a newbie, I didn't want to spend too much and I was happy to find a wig topper that I could afford.

I have thin hair on top, so I decided to start with a topper. I didn't want to go too drastic, but I also wanted something that made a noticeable difference. That's exactly what I got with my topper from Godiva Secret Wigs. It was during the early months of the Covid Pandemic, and my hair was longer than usual, so I opted for a long topper. It blended in perfectly and gave my hair a much-needed boost without being too overwhelming.

After months of wearing my topper, I finally decided to share my secret with my loved ones. To my surprise, they were totally stunned and impressed! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I'm looking forward to trying out one of their full wigs next. I'll be sure to share how that goes!

Overall, I'm grateful to Godiva Secret Wigs for making this journey easy and affordable for me. Their customer service was excellent, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. If you're looking for a wig or a topper, I highly recommend Godiva Secret Wigs!

I gotta say I'm pretty ticked off at GodivasSecret right now. I put in this mega big order and like, it never showed up! I mean, come ON. The only thing I got from those guys was some lame instructions to check back later for a refund if it didn't *magically reappearor something.

So I reached out to the USPS 'cuz they were the ones who had sent the package in the first place, ya know? And they were actually HELPFUL (go figure). They went ahead and checked up on it and confirmed that it was totally gone, lost in the abyss or whatever. But even after hearing that, GodivasSecret still wasn't willing to give me my refund, even though they said they would!

I tried to get in touch with them after that supposed future date passed, asking if I could please please please get my money back since it didn't show up. But they didn't even bother to reply! It's like they don't even care about their customers. So I sent another email, and I can't believe how totally RUDE they were! Apparently, they wanted me to sign an affadavit as proof that I never got the package (duh, I wouldn't be asking for a refund if I had), and then they said they'd be "watching" the USPS just in case it did show up later. What kind of janky nonsense is that?! They even threatened to bill me for it if it ever DID show up?

Y'all, let me tell you, their customer service? It ain't just bad, it's godawful. I'm so bummed out 'cuz I actually really like their wigs and hairpieces (I got a bunch already). But after this, I'm definitely NOT gonna be coming back. So, buyer beware, I guess.

My mom and I were super excited after watching all those videos on YouTube, and we thought we had found a great source for wigs. They kept bragging about how many colors they had, so we thought we had a lot of options. Boy were we wrong!

After picking out our favorite wigs, we ordered the swatches so we could pick the closest color match. Then, we went to place our order and that's when the bad news hit us. My mom found out that the wig she wanted didn't come in her color. She was shocked to see that only five colors were available for that wig. I mean, seriously, they kept saying they have so many colors to choose from, but now the options were very limited.

Then it was my turn. I was searching for a wig that matched my style and when I finally found it, I was devastated to find out that there was only one color available. One out of 45 swatch colors! I couldn't believe it. It was such a let-down after all the time we spent looking for the perfect wig and color.

Overall, GodivasSecret was a joke. They shouldn't claim to have 45 colors when they are severely limited when it comes to the styles that customers want. We wasted so much time just to be let down by such a small selection. We'll definitely be sharing our negative experience with others who may be considering purchasing from GodivasSecret.

I gotta say, I've bought myself a few wigs and other hair pieces from Godivas Secret Wigs and they're pretty good for the price. I mean, I ain't never tried any other company, so I can only compare them to my own head, but they seem alright to me. Although, gotta be honest here, some of their "pieces" can be a bit awkward when you're trying to make them look natural.

Now, let me tell ya about my experience with 'em this year. I ordered a wig that turned out to be way too big, so I promptly sent it back and ordered the same one in a smaller size. No big deal, right? Wrong. See, I thought I had a credit balance on my account, but turns out I didn't even have an account in the first place! Crazy, right? So, even though I was getting frequent emails from 'em and they had my credit card on file, I didn't technically have an account with 'em. And let me tell ya, tryna get that credit balance applied was like trying to walk through quicksand in high heels.

I called 'em up and they told me I had to request that the credit be used before they could apply it to my purchase. What kind of sense does that make? And even when I did request it, nothing happened. They kept sending me stuff and charging my card without applying my credit. It was like my money was stuck in a black hole of non-existent accounts.

I eventually went to my credit card company to sort things out and they told me that Godivas Secret Wigs never responded to their request to reverse the charges because of my non-existent credit balance. Like, what kind of customer service and accounting is that? Needless to say, I ain't buying from 'em again and I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone else either.
