I have only had my Kendra bracelet for 5 months, I've never worn it in any kind of water and when it wasn't on my wrist it was in the pouch. So so so disappointed with the quality of this product. If I pay as much as I did for this damn bracelet it should at least last a whole year. I will never buy another piece of your quick to tarnish, over priced jewelry. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. I will be sure to let everyone know what a rip off it is. I took great care of this product for 5 months and it still ended up looking like cheap copper. It's ridiculous. What a shame. So disappointed. You should be ashamed of what y'all are selling. What a let down. I am so dissatisfied with what I purchased.

I received a pair of earrings for my birthday. I tried them on and my ears immediately begain to itch. I returned them to the Kendra Scott store and traded them in for a ring. The ring is gorgeous but it leaves a green ring around where it sits on my finger. I do not appreciate paying $78 for fake jewelry. I am disgusted at the quality of jewelry being sold at the prices they are sold at it takes advantage of the consumer. I have lost all respect for this company. I will never shop here again and tell my friends and family to do the same. Shame on you Kendra Scott!

I went today on my birthday at the Kendra Scott at the domain today in austin tx and have never felt so unfortable. No customer service whatsoever. You walk in the young girls look at you like you don't belong I am a American Hispanic born and raised in Austin and the lady in front of me was Caucasian buying one set of earrings and she got one set of earrings wrapped up in a pretty yellow box as usual however when I check out with my 2 sets of earrings I purchased no pretty box and it was just rude! It's the perspective to treat customers equally and I have numerous pieces of jewelry from KS and I always get my pretty yellow box. Not acceptable, please tell your employees in order to keep customers treat them the same and smile and say hello.

So I ordered a necklace off of your website and it was in the sale option of the website I'm not sure if the website was fake or not but I was told it was real and I am upset at the fact that it came in and it's fake it came in a real box in a real Kendra Scott carrier package but the necklace was fake I can tell because there's no Kendra Scott logo on the necklace chain and there's no back to the back of the stone like all Kendra Scott's have

I bought my first necklace from your company about 3 months ago. Today I went to buy a ring to match it. When I got home I compared the two and the stones don't even match anymore. The necklace has tarnished to the point I don't even want to wear it anymore. The stone just looks dull and dingy and dirty. Is this typical wear for your jewelery? If that's the case then I will no longer continue to do business with kendra scott. I really love the companies designs and have enjoyed the necklace. But spending $70 for three months worth of wear is not worth it. Please let me know if there's anything that can be done.

I bought a brand new 14kt gold plated abalone elisa necklace from kendra scott, wore it not even 4 hours total on a cold day (no sweating) wearing no products for hair or body I read directions and followed them carefully, the next day I went to put it on and the necklace around the clasp and entire 2 inch extension plus half the chain were completely tarnished black. Im very disappointed that ks jewelry is priced at real gold jewelry prices and there's no quality whatsoever. Ks said I could send in the necklace and they would replace it for half price (another rip off) although as stated in the text they were sending shipping labels. They never sent the labels so I mailed the jewelry without there label with a print out of the email saying they would send labels and such and replace the jewelry. Do you know that was a total loss bc they said they had no idea what I was talking about and that they dont email shipping labels or mail them. And they also stated that they have never received anything from me in the mail when I used tracking and it shows delivered to kendra scott. I need to find out how I can replate tarnishing ks jewelry. Any suggestions? But for future reference don't be stupid and buy her jewelry just go ahead and set fire to your wallet bc your getting nothing for your hard earned money

My wife and I visited the Kendra Scott Jewelry store in Chandler Fashion Center (Chandler, AZ) today. Although the jewelry was beautiful and we wanted to purchase a pair of earrings for our daughter, we were never greeted by an associate or welcomed into the store. After 5-7 minutes, my wife and I turned around and left. Please do better to make your customers feel welcomed and appreciated for visiting. You never know where your customers come from financially.

Around last week of March 2018, we went to the events of Kendra Scott, Reston VA location. We are very excited to go even if it's raining. When we entered the store no one actually greeted us. They weren't that many customer but it's more associates. We were there looking around and would really buy at least 2 pieces of jewelry. We feel that this store are very races. If you're not that really really dressed up... associates wouldn't care at all... but they know that they're loosing customers because of this unpolite, not professional associates they hired. I feel like they need to hire better people, even a manager of this location needs to be trained. And also, this location is always out of something that you want. I hope Kendra Scott herself will look at this location... all your associates are just there to stand up and not really doing their job...

I purchased some earrings from a kendra Scott pop up shop in San Marcos last week and decided I should not have spend the money on earrings. I was never informed the return policy as I have never purchased a piece in the store. I arrived to a location in Austin, TX and was informed that I could not recieve my money back. This is a very catchy way to ensure that your business still recieves money, even though a customer may not want a piece after all. What can we do about this?

I bought myself an opal Elsa necklace from Kendra Scott for my birthday. I wanted to be able to wear it all the time because opal is my favorite stone. Because of the price I figured that the chain wouldn't tarnish since it's pretty expensive, I was wrong. I am very disappointed with my nacklace that it is actually silver plated bronze and not actual sterling silver for the price I paid for it. The chain is already tarnishing and I have only had the necklace for 4 months. I honestly wish I would have spent my money on something else that would have actually lasted longer than this necklace. I am very disappointed and will never buy from Kendra Scott for the reason that their jewelry is not sterling silver.

I ordered a necklace Thursday so it would be here by Christmas. I have yet to receive an order number and an email about my purchase. It charged me in my bank account to Kendra Scott already. I was really hoping to receive it by Christmas, and worked hard to order it by 12 on Thursday. If you could help me it'd be wonderful. I was really hoping that you could resolve this issue.

Both of my necklaces have tarnished and the gems have dulled. After reading reviews, I'm learning this has become a common complaint. I did enjoy my jewelry at first, but I feel for the price that was paid, the quality of the products would be much higher. I feel disappponted and hesitant to ever purchase a product from this company again. I am sending a pic with earrings in it to show what the bronze necklace did look like. The blue necklace is much more noticeable though.

A friend bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday--my first pair ever. But I thought they weren't exactly my style so I wished to exchange them for something a little more "me" at the Cherry Creek Denver, CO store. The two young girls working there have something wrong with them--I think they were born without the ability to smile. Cherry Creek is a bit snooty anyway, but I was well dressed and had money to spend--that shouldn't matter, but it sure does in those neck of the woods. Instead of working with me on the exchange they instead said they couldn't help me and sent me on my way to promptly write this review. In a world where we have millions of avenues to spend our hard earned pay checks one would assume customer service would be key to any brick and mortar's success. Guess they didn't get the memo. Now I'm stuck with a pair of earrings that I won't wear because they are too large and not my style. And you can guarantee I will not shop at Kendra Scott Denver, CO or any store for that matter.

I purchased my Kendra Scott Elisa Pendant necklace and within 3-4 months and the brackets that hold the stone in place, as well as around the whole entire stone and parts of the chain were completely turned. As the piece of paper stated in the box, I never wore it while in water or exercising; I pretty much babied this necklace. I no longer wear it anymore because of the condition. It doesn't have luster or shine whatsoever (the metal nor the stone.) Personally, I wish I could get a refund or a new one due to the cost. If it was a less expensive piece of jewelry I wouldn't have a problem because I understand that fake jewelry turns, however, I spent the money and now am left with a product I don't desire to wear.

Within a mere 2 months, the entire necklace, including the pendant, rusted. The chain and the prongs/holder of the stone is all a red rusted color. I don't shower, workout, or do any other activity in this piece of jewelry, as the card in the box says. I am extremely displeased and would like my money back. This is the second time this happened with this necklace!

Kendra Scott necklace the smaller necklace it's a black charm is turning my neck green I absolutely love Kendra Scott I have several airings several necklaces and what I love is the green today I was quite a barest because I had a luncheon of 30 people and it went to the restroom and saw this big Gruhn circle of my neck so I didn't know if you guys could replace the necklace part or maybe trade I don't know I just can't wear it now that's what it's gonna do to my neck

Purchased earrings for my sister for her Birthday. Gem stone broke after earring came off the hook. Noticed that all Kendra Scott earrings keeps coming off the hook. All earring are beautiful but hooks are not solder and this is the reason why earring fall out of the hooks. So, finally one earring fell off the hook and now the gem broke. Called Customer service and asked if the could just replace the gem. They immediately said "NO". That the only way if that I can repurchase the earring set at HALF OFF and ONLY if i send them back my old earring set. Why should I send them back my broken earring set and pay 1/2 off a new set? Now I'm up $82.50 in earring and only one set if I do do that. Sounds fishy, do they fix the earrings and resell them? Now they make more money...Kendra Scott you need to revisit your policy.

I spent the "low cost" of one of your necklaces figuring it was atleast a sterling silver through out, only to find out that the month I had the necklace all of the "silver" had rubbed off to an ugly brown which also gave me a very painful rash on my neck. I'm so disappointed to have spent money on cheap jewelry. Maybe actually use full types of metals instead of spraying on colors. Up your cost the jewelry is beautiful but not worth the money.

If you are not dressed in the nicest clothing or have the "right look" don't expect any attention here. My husband went to buy me all of my Christmas gifts at this location right after work. Since he was in his work clothing he was basically treated like a criminal by the associates. They completely ignored him for 15 minutes while helping every other person in the store. He finally found a lady with a headset standing around doing nothing and asked if she worked there. Once he showed her the list of items I wanted him to buy all of a sudden he had multiple associates jump to help him. The saddest part of this story is that my husband asked for his gifts to be gift wrapped as the associate said it was complementary. Imagine his embarrassment on Christmas when I open my large Kendra Scott bag only to find that NONE of my gifts are wrapped. The gift boxes are there, but nothing is in them! The necklaces were in the bags sitting on top of the gift boxes. The associates thought my husband would magically know that they only put the gift boxes in the bag, and that the actual wrapping of the "gift wrap service" is something you have to ask specifically for. HUH?!? Never again...this location is horrific. My opinion of Kendra Scott has gone from incredible to terrible.
