This complaint has NOT been resolved. Kelly O'Neal and his company DESIGN LEGACY (and its many aliases) continue to profit from STOLEN DESIGNS, MATERIALS AND ILLEGAL REPRODUCTIONS OF DALLAS ARTISTS' WORK. O'Neal and his scam company and the con artists who who work under him are criminals and thieves. They gave not repaid one cent of that which they have stolen over the last fourteen years.

Hey, it sounds to us like if O'Neal paid all the artists he ripped off the money he owes them, they wouldn't need to post his sordid life on the internet and he wouldn't have to respond like a mewling little baby! Just a thought!

'Dirk Lemke' is the computer technician who sets up the system that Design Legacy uses to cheat and steal from clients! He is as evil as his employers, Kelly 'O'Steal' O'Neal and Rene 'I'm A Thief' Gutierrez...that Dirk lists himself as a 'vendor' to mislead readers is a great example of how anyone connected with this criminal company is a sociopath and con artist! Nice try, Dirk (you swindling loser)!

have been a vendor for these guys for about 5 years. never a problem. never griped about a price or had any collection problems. and generally good people. would truly be surprised if any of the negative comments left regarding them were true

Noticed there seem to be a lot of people finally posting info about Design Legacy and Legacy Design Company in Dallas. I worked with this company about three years ago. The lying owners, Kelly O'Neil and Rene Guttierez, not only run an illegal sweatshop in their unheated/unairconditioned warehouse, but routinely order goods and services that they'll never pay for. And good luck trying to collect... They're scam artists who use every illegal tactic to cheat vendors out of work and product. We know that at least half of what they have on display at their showroom, Daryl Jenkins, is stolen. They're ###. Good luck if you ever get involved with them. They WILL screw you.

P.S. Maybe you can explain why stores like Anthropologie, Neiman-Marcus and the Horchow Collection all now absolutely refuse to carry O'Steal's stolen designs and merchandise? Or why bloated gasbag Kelly NEVER responds directly to ANY of the allegations posted on this and other websites? Or why no one has EVER been sued over any of the allegations against Kelly? We can tell you: Because if even ONE artist can PROVE that O'Steal ripped him or her off, O'Steal wouldn't have a leg to stand on legally. Tim O'Riley is the nut case that is posing as everyone else on this site that has said anything good about Kelly, Legacy, Rene, et. al. He even tried to be me and retract my statement (above). I DO know Tim O'Riley and know of all the ills he has tried to cause so many people, publications and stores. He is a vile, evil, sick ###. I was wishing the best for Tim until I found out yesterday that he posed as me in trying to destroy Kelly. Then I read all the other crap he has written posing as other people and fake alike. You will notice that all the negative postings are all the same. Written by the same sick idiot.

You might not always get what you want in life, but what you dish out WILL come back to you 10x. I know that all of Kelly, Rene, et. al's. supporters will cherish the day the earth falls down on Tim O'Riley.

I have worked with Kelly O'Neal and Tim O'Riley on numerous occasions and trust me, Kelly is the thief...he will take anything he can get and never pay the bill for it ...Tim is an honest artist trying to earn a living and Kelly is only trying to take advantage of anyone who will let him ...

I don't think name calling is the way to get your point across...shame on you for that Tim, but never the less, I understand your frustration with this less than honorable person.

I hope everyone else in the United States will take this warning and stay far away from whatever name he is calling his business this week .

And BTW, anyone who has been working for this guy for 20 years speaks minimal english, I promise you that .

Typically, uneducated sorts resort to filthy language to get their points across. It is obvious that you are both uneducated and ###ic, which is a frightfully dangerous combination. You are jealous because Kelly and Renee are successful, honest, decent people. Perhaps you can't help it because of your upbringing. Regardless, please try to use some good words. With around half a million words in the English language, one would assume you could find ONE that would suit your purpose and is not filthy. Keep trying...maybe you will find one.

I have been working with Kelly O'Neal and Legacy Trading Company for the last two years on our new home. He has been involved in every aspect of the design process. He continues to go above and beyond the call of duty and has always been there for us. We would whole heartly reccommend him to anyone. His work has been outstanding and there is no quesiton that he is completly honest and operates his business with integrity.
