Poor bus service
I am a frequent traveler by KSRTC busses on the Bangalore – Kanchipuram route. I had booked a confirmed return ticket from Kanchipuram to Bangalore for 25/02/2007 by KSRTC bus at Ramya Associates, Bangalore. The ticket No is 1686392, bearing PNR No.Z14939444 and Tripcode 2300KCPBNG.
The bus with the aforementioned trip code was scheduled to depart from Kanchipuram at 23.00 hours on 25th Feb. 2007, when I reached the Kanchipuram bus stand at 10.35 p.m. on 25/02/2007, I found that the bus was not available for boarding at the bay and continued to wait for the bus near the bay under the impression that the bus had not yet arrived. At 11:45 PM when I inquired, I was informed by the people that the bus has left at 10.15 p.m. as the bus was full.
I had a bad time traveling back to Bangalore as I had to board an auto to reach the White Gate at Kanchipuram Highway, then took a bus going to Vellore, from Vellore boarded another bus to Hosur and finally took a bus to Bangalore from Hosur. The entire journey between Kanchipuram to Bangalore I have traveled standing. I had a sleepless and a tiresome night.
I request you to answer the following questions keeping the above aspects in mind:
1. How can the bus depart before the scheduled time of departure without a passenger who is holding a reserved and valid ticket?
2. Who is responsible and would compensate for all the trouble that I took to reach Bangalore without any fault of mine.
3. Who will bear the extra expenditure that I incurred to reach Bangalore?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Dear KSRTC and KKSRTC we have only one Rajahamsa bus to bellary for moring time at 7:15 and every it will be full and now many people will travel from Bangalore to bellary in early moring time so please we request to assign some more luxury buses like Rajahamsa and avirata buses because to save our travel time.

Since I'm morning 6 to 8 colud not stop even 1 bus on There are 4 buses in front of me but no one is stop in dhadesugar village but is have permission of bus stop aslo they have bus stand of main road

Driver is very slow, not professional driver, very bad maintained bus,
When bus was near Majestic
He drove very slowly and didn't reach on time
Bus is having no Proper wiper, No lights
Busy ticket issue as the conductor issued for lakkasandra and he told to get down from the bus in Silk Board I need to complaint and rectify by this problem I left my train
I travel many times from haveri to turuvekere( panaji to mysure bus ) by booking ticket in online but now online booking for this cities are not showing , i called customer care they are not solve the problem and they are not ready to take complaint. Customer care people gave some people numbers they are not responding properly
Dear sir KSRTC bus towards Kanakapura ,at Silk institute metro station bus not stopping 5bus are crossed stop no bus stoped ,kindly request you to take action against them. Bus crossed 7.50am to 8.22am on 18/06/2023 5 bus not stoped at this stop .one of the bus number not stoped KA-42 F-1666
Bus driver of the number KA-09 F-5036 (Non-stop Banglore to Mysuru) behaved harshly with passengers. When asked for a doubt he was very harsh.
This incident happened during 8:10pm at Satellite bus stop. Driver's name was not present, as there was no nameplate on his shirt.
He refused to answer when I asked "Will the bus go via highway"
