Jeulia Store do not believe jeulia and avoid this site!

I heard a lot about Jeulia and decided to give it a try. I did not read the reviews so I had no idea this company was unsafe.
I purchased a lovely ring from them and did not received it. They did not contact me about my order for a long time and I was pretty stressed out. I wasn't able to get in touch with them no matter how many times I tried to contact Jeulia and there was no tracking number to track my order.
About three weeks later I was finally contacted by someone from Jeulia and told that my order was cancelled. They said only that and provided no information about the refund process. I sent them a message asking about my money and received no reply. Do not believe Jeulia and avoid this site!

Jeulia Store not receiving my purchase

I purchased a ring in January 2017. I tried tracking the package and all it tells me is that it was prepared on January 15, 2017 and there is no other information. Order No. [protected].

I have written several e-mails and all they tell me is that someone will get back to me.

I tried calling the number but all they do is hang up. [protected]

Jeulia Store ring being too large

Ordered a ring in December. It arrived without an invoice and was too big. Had to track down a phone number for a return. Kept getting disconnected by the phone number. Tried email. Finally complained on the internet and then they emailed me. I returned the ring for a smaller size. Didn't hear from them. Finally emailed them and they said they needed a tracking number. I tracked my package and they had my ring for 10 days already. I told them to give me my money back. I've heard nothing from them. Worst customer service ever. Shop anywhere but at jeulia!

I have sent four e -mails to find out where my order is and just keep getting the same thing'. An agent will contact you soon" well not good enough. I gave them 24 hours to have a human person contact me or I will take action. Still have not heard from Jeulia or anyone else. Save your money or lose it, cause they do not answer your e-mails except with a copy that they send to everyone complaining. Carol

Ordered a supposed rhodium plated silver and white saphire ring. Paid for expedited shipping (guaranteed 3-5 days delivery). After more than two weeks the ring finally arrived. Did not look at all like the picture advertised on the site. There is NO rhodium plating and the "saphire" is not even a cubic zirconia! Above all that the size is not even correct. And if you want to return it, you have to pay to ship it back to China... NEVER ORDER FROM JEULIA, POOR QUALITY AND FAKE GEMSTONES.

Jeulia Store ring and necklace

I ordered a ring and necklace on Dec 19th. I received a confirmation on the 20th, stating both are in stock and payment had been received, and will be shipped in a few days.
I started trying to track the order using the order number and the USPS tracking number both. It always says it's in pre-shipment.
I have sent numerous emails trying to find out where the order is, and they always sent me the exact same msg... how to track a pkg.
On Feb 8th, I finally received a msg from someone named Luke starting it wad shipped on Dec 20th, please allow 25-48 working days. It is now in transit, kindly wait a few days.

Jeulia Store infinity cut ring

rdered wrong size ring on 1/22 16. order# [protected]. did live chat with jeulia and I returned the ring as they instructed and reordered the rioght size 8-1/2.on 11/29/19. new order # [protected]. tracking told me my 1st ring was received at their company on 12/20/16. I have not receive my new ring nor have I receieved a refund of my money I have attempted to call the num, bers listed but I either get hung up on or the # is disconnected. I sent Jeulia an e-mail over a week ago and have had no response. If I hear nothing soon I will have to take action.I really liked the ring. If they are not going to send it to me then I want my money back

Jeulia Store ring

I ordered a ring from this site around Christmas and when it came it was the wrong size. I have been trying for months to get a hold of someone to send it back and no one will email me and when I call the two different numbers that Jeulia.com offers both are not in service! DO NOT order from this site. They are complete scammers who just want to take your money and send you crappy products! I would very much like to get my money back but it's hard when I can't get any human contact from this site.

Jeulia Store return not received

I ordered a set of rings at their website for my wedding. Payed extra for engravings. The rings arrived soon enough but they were smaller than the size ordered and the engraving was so tiny you could not even read it without a magnifying glass. So I write back for a return and a exchange for a bigger size ring and bigger size engraving, after 10 emails back and forth, they promising the engravings will be bigger and telling us we had to pay a extra $40 for the return and new engravings. Now these people will not even answer a email, nor a call, their chat people contradict each other saying the can not make bigger engravings, and that they will contact soon, but never do. I spent $232 of the original order and $40 for the return, that is not counting the shipping with tracking I had to pay for. This company is a scam, the service is awful. Do not buy from them!

I have been trying for a while now to find out where to send my returned purchase, i have had no help at all, i also want a refund for that item i get the impression they dont want to give me a refund, i have ordered another ring which i have paid for, and it will be the last thing i buy if i dont get the information i want, i even tried ringing all just died out the i rand directory and they said there was no listing for jeulia, please can you help me.

Jeulia Store none delivery - no feedback

I ordered a customized ring from Jeulia on the 17th January 2017, made full payment the same day, as well as paid extra for express shipment via DHL. As per their website customized rings takes 10 days to manufacture and an email will be send to me as soon as it is dispatched with a tracking number. After reading some reviews, I saw that Jeulia is known for items not being delivered at all, and taking customers money, which for me is theft and fraud. I tried calling the contact centre, no answer, send multiple emails, no reply, eventually I received a reply on my Facebook message, and still no clear answer when my ring will be shipped to me, seems they are stalling and keep on apologizing and telling me they will contact the production manager to speed up the process.
I am still waiting as to when I will receive the ring, and now even my Facebook messages are going unaswered. Order number ZAZA100006146

Jeulia Store ring

Ordered a navy color saphire and was shipped the wrong ring and they refused to offer any type of refund or apology
very rude company i phoned the company daily and no one answered the phone when calling it just rings and rings. I then emailed the company and still did not get it resolved. I was told that they shipped the ring and i emailed them to notify them that the ring had not been received and finally it showed up and it was wrong. I kept after them for several months and still nothing was resolved. I paid the price of the saphire which had stones along all of the sides and angles this ring is an aqua marine and has no stones on two sides as shown in the picture. They advertise selling the blue saphire and ship the aquamarine.

I have the wrong ring it has faded and shows signs of worn metal. Totally disappointed so please forward this to the company because i am putting it all over face book and all of there sites i can find. Jeulia Store ring

I ordered a ring almost a month ago. When it didn't arrive, I tried to contact them. They did not respond to phone calls or text messages. They only responded when I posted a negative comment on their facebook page.
They said the problem with delivery was my fault, since I supposedly gave them the wrong zip code. I don't believe that but I agreed to pay an extra $30.00 for a new expedited delivery which they would refund if the first ring came back to them. I was supposed to trust them.
I sent the $30.00 but now they want me to release a complaint I have on paypal before they'll ship. That's my only leverage, so I refused. I told them that if they shipped the ring and got a proof of delivery, they could close the complaint themselves, but they want everything upfront. Now, since I trusted them, I am out an additional $30.00. Be careful, stay away. Don't make the same mistake.

Jeulia Store I received an order last week, which I didn't place. it was for 4 rings

You sent out to my address a package of rings. Somehow my checking account was hacked and I had to cancel and reopen another account. You took out $501.30 for rings I didn't order. I talked with pay pal and they said I had to contact you to get my money back... This has never happened to me before and I sent the package back to you stamped REFUSED! Please call me @ [protected] asp. So I can get my money back. This put my account short for other Bills.. I appreciate your fast responds.

Jeulia Store order za100006385

Placed an order on the 1st of February (money immediately taken from my account). Have received no feedback on the status of this order. Have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls, none of which have been answered. Paid for expedited shipping, which means that it is supposed in 3-5 days, which has not happened. I find this lack of communication unacceptable

Jeulia Store money stolen and no order received

Jeulia is a scam business, they cheat on their customers! Just read all the reviews posted on many website, this company is not to be trusted. I can't believe that they are allowed to do business!
Ordered a ring for my wife ages ago (4 months) and did not receive it. Customer service at first replied with automated messages that made no sense and did not help me, then they simply stopped replying. I still have no idea where my ring is, I can't get a refund, because these scam artists are ignoring me. According to all the reviews I saw I can simply forget about my money and order.
There is a huge scam called Jeulia and we need to do something about that! More and more people get involved and stolen from. This must come to an end!

Jeulia Store two rings ordered

I ordered two rings separately on December 27, 2016 from Julia.com. Since December 28 it is still in China waiting to be processed for mailing.

If this cannot be sent immediately, I would like to request a refund.

Jeulia Store two rings

I need to understand why it takes 25-48 days to get to me from San Francisco? It shows one of the rings shipped on January 9th. and is now in Guangzhou?
Why the heck would it go from San Francisco to Guangzhou? They are scamming us by saying the company is from the USA yet it is actually coming from a foreign country. Be very sure you know where your items are coming from because this company is misleading us!

Jeulia Store never received the ring I ordered.

Ordered the ring on Dec 4th 2016 here it is Jan 31st and still no ring. They never sent me a confirmation e-mail or tracking number thankfully I had the sense to take of screen shot of the order confirmation number when the purchase was processed so I was finally able to get the tracking number through the chat. Its been in Chinese customs approved to be shipped out since Dec 7th. Ive talked to the chat people who said It was already in US but tracking it says otherwise. Was told on Jan 13th to just wait one more week and if it didn't show up they'd re-send it. Since then Ive sent 2 e-mail messages through the chat since no one has been available to talk to and I can't get anyone to respond to me. Really ticked off right now.

What I don't understand is their contact information for customer service is in California but When I called the customer service number they are out of the office till Feb 4th for spring festival which is in China. So by the time I can get someone to communicate with it will have been 2 months since I placed my order! In this day and age that is absolutely insane. 2 months to ship... SMH

I purchased a setting from your Co. And my future son in law had heard from his Mother as well as myself that he should order my daughters wedding set from you. He planned a special dinner and sent away for the set. Apparently it was a fraction too large. When they tried to have you exchange it for the right size, they were told no, she tried it on so that meant you wouldnt take it back. Please explain?.
