I got offer letter from jasper international mumbai for the position of Stores Incharge for HLG Dubai, I was asked to pay Rs.35, 000/= as an service charges for the recruitment . Even after paying ten thousand in advance and I told jasper international that balance amount will be paid after getting one month salary from HLG Dubai but they did not agree and they had returned back the passport after the expiry of the visa from HLG . Even after one year jasper has not repaid the amount whatever I had paid to them even after several complaints with POE and OWRC delhi they have not paid this ten thousand. Jasper no.1 fraud agent in Mumbai, i was appointed as supervisor in Dubai. But after reaching Dubai the work is as helper. Same fate for we 20 people from allover india. But already paid 40000 by each ti jasper as service charge, so except 2 all are continuing,
It was purely your mistake as Jasper takes full service charge after getting visa and before the candidate travel to overseas. This is the process followed in all the recruitment agencies. In fact, you should say thank you to Jasper as they worked for you in getting the visa but you did not traveled.
