Jacada Travel / Not impressed at all
It's been 2 months since we requested a refund and there's no sign of it.
I think our case was an exclusion and it's painful to admit it because our choice was made based on great reviews.
We had to cancel out trip due to some circumstances that didn't depend on us. Thought there would be no problem to get the money back because we were promised that. I had all needed proofs that we were going to cancel it because of an unforeseen situation and they agreed to refund, only it takes them too long. Certainly, I called and emailed, but it was useless.
