First time used the zipper broke then top handle as well as side handle tore off ... this after using to load in car then into storage bin on airplane 4 flights total! Poorly made, however, I'm more upset with the rep over at ingenious designs llc who basically seemed mad at me for even calling them hung up on me! I'm sorry but this is just how block buster and circuit city were long ago in the customer service department and now they are gone.

I purchased three of these vacuums from HSN, one for each of my daughters-in-law and one for me. I used my vacuum five times and the on/off switch broke. It went into the vacuum, and it was impossible to turn it on. I then asked my daughters-in-law if their vacuums were operating. The exact same thing happened to the switches on their vacuums. I just found the brochure that came with the product, and it has a "One Year Limited Warranty". The original purchase date is 9/20/15 on my shipping slip.
