We were traveling on dated 28th April 2010 in Kerela Exp. Train. No. 2626 PNR No. 2632617923 We had ordered meal & Janata Khana 6+3 packat from pantry car for night. We received food at 20.30P.M., after receipt of meals It observed that it was smelling very badly. We have shown it immidiatly to Pantry Car manager Mr. P.O.Thomos ( CSI/2626 Kerala Exp.)
As per his information this food packet picked up in train from Jhansi station & he talk to consern person at Jhansi . He talked in telephone with concern person Mr. Mathur /AM/JHS . Unfortunatly during telephonic talk Mr. Mathur is not responding properly & talk in very unfare manner.
We had already given written complaint to pantry car manager & received complaint receipt.
If we eat this food it may cause of food poisioning or affect our health.
We request that Indian Railway should take proper action on this issue & revert us so that in future this type of play with passangers health will not happend.
