My agreement clearly states that payment date is on the 1st of each and everymonth. Home choice decides to go and debit my account on the 20th and on the 23rd of december. The bank charged me r300 for the debits.

Can l kindly have my admin fee back will attach statement that shows that absa charged me for the bounced debit order.
Yes it was december but if l was going to make a payment early l would have arranged with them.

Please refund me and train your staff well because they don`t have customer service experience.
