While attempting to watch the History Channel (American Pickers) I'm forced to watch horrible commercials of the stupid show Mountain Men. I DO NOT need to see mountain lions fighting with [censored]ing dogs and the owner running away like a huge pussy. You can leave animals fighting and or dying OFF of your commercials! Nobody enjoys having to see that!

I have emailed A&E several times with no results. The A&E website and app is [censored] right now. I cant watch any shows straight thru, it locks up or stops working half way through. They don't put shows on after airing anymore. I wait a week for them to put live pd on and still week two and its not online. I am ready to cancel the channel and not pay for it anymore.

Please take this horrible show off the air! History channel has had several very inappropriate shows not to mention many inappropriate commercials for a "history" channel but the butcher show is over the ledge. If you won't take this horrible show off the air for god's sake do not show that discussing commercial! Please! Lawsuit id co-sign!

We were watching the true story of "Hacksaw Ridge, " when an inappropriate commercial for phone sex was aired.
We are particular what shows we watch, and don't understand why a Network such as the History Channel would allow such a provocative commercial to be aired.
We choose to watch the History Channel due to the value of the programming but after observing this commercial, we will rethink viewing your Network.

Once again, A & E tries to tackle Biblical content by limiting the supernatural ways & purposes of God with mere human logic and creative freedom. Instead of electing to focus on the actual Biblical accounts, context, and scholarship, the producers were obviously content to play loose with what is actually recorded in order to achieve the entertainment impact they wanted. For example, this first part conceded the Bible does not say there were 3 Magi, yet the producers blew right past that and reinforce this factual misconception by visually showing 3. They furthered that misconception by showing 3 Magi quietly entering Jerusalem on 3 camels. The fact is, Herod was aware of and disturbed at their arrival because it wasn't a quiet arrival at all. The Magi would have arrived with a large contingent of supplies and support personnel, like a small army. Herod also knew that one of the main roles of these Magi was that they were King makers; they confirmed Kings. The Magi came because they had been looking for and now saw the celestial signs in the sky (as passed down by Daniel who was the Lead Magi under King Nebuchadnezzar) that this special King was to be born and they knew where it was. It just appears A&E prefers to use more secular religious scholars, who rely primarily on human explanations, to construct their narratives and that their focus is more on the entertainment aspect than the historical and theological facts. They fail to effectively knit together all of the supernatural events that brought the world to this most wonderful point in time. Don't feel all that inclined to continue watching when I constantly have to endure so much creative freedom that distorts the facts and the truth.

Please remove this from the history channel. I work for a tv provider. I have customers complaining this is against the Christian faith. It is telling lies about our lord and savior.. I'm also against this kind of content.

What is going on with the writing for project blue book episode 8 for instance m2 mortar and rockets were left out in the woods what's the chances of the military leaving there weapons out of the woods for someone to come along and find that's about a stupid as television entertainment can get .even if it is Syfy. But this show supposed to be based on actual events.

I have watched every episode thus far, with the finale coming next week. I enjoy this series, but you are taking free reign in each episode to create drama not based upon facts...i.e., Hynek's wife and the other woman spy's "friendship"...Hill's wife (last night's episode) was white, not black...Hynek's Blue Book Air Force partner bent upon his mission's ridicule...etc etc. You have drama enough with the verity of the subject-matter without launching into these false tangential directions.

Dear brainwashing [censored]tards, how can you tell me that aliens had anything to do with actual history. History of America and all other nations should be prioritized before your fanatical views. Either change your programming to real history or change your [censored]ing channel name from history channel to full of [censored] channel

The advertising during dinner hours on your network caused me to throw up while eating. The walking dead commercial in which a person is sewing together a skin mask is abhorrent. Please stop or I will speak with my attorney to pursue other methods. I believe this could merit the actions of a class action lawsuit so that others who may have experienced a negative reaction to the commercial could receive some form of compensation.

We are watching the pickers "Pickers Dozen".
An ad just ran for a show called "TWD".

A man sewing through human flesh and hair...then you see him putting on the Scalp of a womans blond hair.
HOW DISGUSTING.
The reason my husband and i watch your show is because WE DONT WANT TO SEE THAT
Sick, depraved programing. I think you will find, the majority of the folks watching "Pickers" are watching it because it reminds us of a more wholesome time.
We watch The pickers for hours sometimes..
Just running In the background.
We do not want to be forced to see these horrible, dark, evil ads

If you continue this type of advertising, we will stop watching. We pay far to much on cable to be subjected to that.

Been trying for 6 mos now to get the history channel on my roku device through directvnow and when trying to activate it all I get is a black screen as you can see by the atta. I have put in requests for assistance and have yet to get a response. Would like this issue resolved so I may watch the history channel on my tv insyof my tablet. I have a couple of shows that I enjoy watching but my tablet is too small for me to see anything on.

I enjoy many of your shows, but have found myself watching less and less. I suffer from hearing loss and your closed captioning accuracy is humourous at best, frustrating to insulting at worst. It may be fine for up to a minute, but it will turn to gibberish. I've tried different TV's on different services and the constant is your captioning service.

You really need to step up your game on this. I am not contacting the FCC yet, but it has gotten to the point where I have considered recording the captioning and sending that to them.

There is something wrong with the activate site for the History channel. It will not move past the continue so I can sign in with provider. It is stuck on a black screen and when I try to hit continue again it boots me back to the start.
This has been going on for a couple of weeks.
I'd like to watch my shows... And getting very frustrated!

Why do you guys play cheap reality TV shows and not legit history shows? And I'm not talking about ancient aliens and Nazi gold. I'm talking about (Pawn Stars, Ice Road Truckers, Yukon Gold, Restoration Garage). Dumb reality shows. None of these shows have nothing to do with history.. this is the same stunt discovery played and now their a joke. Good job! you guys have now cheapened yourselves. 10 years ago you were the best channel and now it's pure junk. I'm very disappointed with what this channel and what it has become. Sorry for any grammer mistakes. But to be fair you guys put shows on your channel that have nothing to do with actual history and that's just as bad. Especially with a concept as easy as (History).

Oak Island is a great adventure in TV but it's obliterated with repeating repeating repeating the same info. Then when you get some new footage it's 5 minutes of Comercials then 1-2 minutes of the show. I pay for Dish programing already. I understand the need for "reasonable commercial time ". I have watched this show since the beginning. The info on programming calls repeated an reruns NEW when it's not. Hard to trust what your actually going to be seeing.
Let's tone down the greed a bit.
