Herroom.comThey refused to send me a replacement

I have purchased two bras from this website and when they arrived and I tried them on I was very disappointed because size was incorrect and they did not fit. I contacted their support service and they said that I can send the bras back and they'll ship me a replacement. I paid for the return shipping because they refused to give me a return label. Two weeks passed and they contacted me and said that they couldn't accept bras back because they were damaged. I told them that I'm reporting them to BBB and will open a dispute, but they did not care and said that I can do everything I want. I'm still waiting for my bras! I even paid extra money to get those back. Horrible website!
