I called to make a mortgage payment on my home which is in my in-laws name. I have been paying on this house for 7 years. This was my first time calling to pay, as I am in the hospital due to a traffic accident. They couldn't process my payment, so Jamie switched my call over to Adrienne. Adrienne couldn't process my payment either. I asked her what I was supposed to do, and she snapped! She "didn't have to even talk to me because I wasn't the account holder." Told me "You'll just have to find some other way to handle it" and "if I didn't like her attitude, I can speak with her boss". "Mr. Thomas" would check into my allegations and was "truly sorry". I can now see why this company has so many complaints and I KNOW I'm taking my business elsewhere. I would advise everyone else to do the same.
