Green Dot green dot reloadable card

October 27th 2017 I purchased a green dot money pack card at Fred's store in Monticello, Florida for $410.00 to pay bills. It's Monday October 30th, and I'm still on the run around to understand where's my hard working money went to. Customer service tells me to call back green dot & still no answer. They tell me to wait 24 hours. Still one representative tells me to call the claims department. I just want my $410.00 dollars on my card that I've worked hard for to pay my bills. Please.. thank you.

Green Dot walmart/greendot reloaded visa cards

I've had and been a faithful user of this card without any complants, until last week.
I tried buying something an got card declined. After going home and calling I found that a block was put on my card an said to protect me from fraudulent purchases. I call number am can't get help just says go to website which as well ain't worth crap because says it can't find my card anywhere in system. No live help, online support, an forbid if Walmart workers could ever have to hold up to a mistake they all claim they have no clue on how to help.
All I pray is that the police are able to set this mislead mess aside an arrest all the crooks so hard working people get to keep their money.

Green Dot money with hold and pending on card

i tryed to purchase some items off Amazon and the green dot card, keeps on declining and i am getting the run around, calling both places and no items delivered and my money is missing, i will report this to better business bureau, because my money is lost and they claim its pending from green dot not verifying payment to go thru to reach green dot, i want my money refunded or my money to not be with hold pending and receive amazon items.

Green Dot prepaid visa reloadable

Good evening I am complaining on behalf of green dot prepaid reloadable debit card Visa card, my purchase was made at Walgreens in Shorewood wi. I'm very upset I pick this up for a birthday present and paid $42.00 the 16 digit card number states invalid can't even speak to anyone the false numbers will not do anything but disconnect call. I am requesting a refund of monies I'm humiliated for this horrible mishaps please contact me asap I Won't My Money Now very upset. My grandchild was total hurt broken trying to shop and was embarrassed.

Green Dot monthly maintenance fee despite direct deposit

I am constantly charged the monthly maintenance fee of $9.95, despite receiving direct deposits monthly over the listed $1000 in the Green Dot FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions). I spoke with agents in August, and most recently today as to why I was charged, even though I meet the criteria listed on their website. I was told that my specific card did not qualify for this monthly fee waiver, and it was the only one that didn't qualify. It's strange, because each time I bring it up they waive the fee, but continue to charge it hoping I won't notice it each month, as they charge on different days each month between other small transactions. They also do not list this new information on the card packaging, nor on their website. Due to this, I will be immediately closing my account with green dot, and filing a report for this, and multiple other issues I have experienced with them, and implore you not to use this company if you value your sanity.

Green Dot green dot secured card

So there was around $215 removed from my account due to god knows what when it was available to me that day and they had no transaction showing on my account for that amount that was being held due to the transaction clearly saying $466 was adjusted by hertz rental car company. That part was fine things happen but when I called over the weekend that this took place I was assured that it would be expedited because he was able to see what I was talking about. So that Monday I started to call in just to see what was being done to fix the issue. Monday was fine I didn't expect anything major to be done but I did want to know if it was at least being looked at. On Tuesday it was a whole different ball game. I called in on my lunch break and was disconnected two times. I then decided to call once I was off work and was placed on a hold only in turn to be hung up on again. I called back two times after that and got a nice representative. My hold time for a supervisor or manager was ridiculous. All in all I am still on hold and had time to write this entire review. Most of the representatives had a mono tone no empathy overall no good customer service skills. Trust me I know I work in a call center and there is no excuse for a disconnect with no return call from anyone. Just wish I could of found a better sercured card to go with. So today I spoke to a manager and he was just as rude. After everything I have now left a voicemail for the mangers manager because the information provided the last two week contradicts each other. Hope to have a resolution soon so I can pay it off and closer the account. I do not recommend there services to anyone. The card it self is cool but the people who work for the company are not well trained and rude and need to undergo retraining.

Green Dot my prepaid card

my card is already registered but I can use it to pay a bill and make purchases. I bought this prepaid card registered it and it says that my information is not appearing and I want to know what is the hold up for me to start using my card I bought it to pay a bill and now I can not pay that bill because of you will not solving my problem. I need this card immediately so solve the problem now!

Green Dot racial discrimination & etc

I originally called in because my card was lost I spoke to a representative & she advised me a new ID card would get there in 5-7 business days. I called a 2nd Time spoke to a representative & was advised the card would take 1 more day. I called today & rep refused to let me speak to a supervisor due to me being black & advised me my acct was locked. I advised the rep. I needed to speak to a supervisor. The rep refused to get me to a supervisor until I told him that he is doing this because I'm black & I will sue Green Dot for racial descrmination. Then he found a supervisor & the supervisor transfer me to complaints. I ended up emailing [protected]@greendot.com my ID card & work badge & social security card front & back. I am going to contact the BBB & file a complaint with Green Dot & I'm going to get a lawyer to file a discrimination law suit & request the person who refused originally to speak to a supervisor gets fired & everyone who touched my account gets fired. I requested a new Walmart money card online I already have a old account and when I receive my card and try to activate it they told me my account is lock and I have to upload some identifications I dit it too many times diferents way and they don't accepted I have a deposit from the federal emergency assistance and I need my money back soon as possible

Green Dot unauthorized purchase.

On Thursday, October 12, 2017 after direct deposit was posted my husband and I immediately noticed unauthorized purchase for Amazon Prime. We then immediately contacted Amazon as my husband or self don't and have not purchased item/items from Amazon, after contacting Amazon they were able to provide useful information and was to credit this amount back as information led showing this purchase was indeed not authorized from myself or my husband, they were most helpful and stated the refund amount would not show until Green Dot credited this amount back to our account. I then contacted Green Dot and spoke with customer care specialist whom name was Ella and was very rude stating this credit amount could take up to 10 business days. I have a problem with this being if myself or husband have any purchases the amount immediately comes out of our account and not 10 business days from purchase. This unauthorized purchase has put he and I in a very bad place and due to having to wait 10 days for our credit we are in dire need, however customer care specialist Ella was of no concern and extremely rude. After our wait of 10 days for credit my husband and I will then close this account and open with another pre paid account through Net Spend. We have had this Green Dot account for over 10 years and very dissatisfied due to unauthorized purchase that was of no fault on our end. I would love to purchase item/items and wait 10 business days before purchase is deducted from our account. Once loyal customers and now extremely dissatisfied and to close account and grow with new pre paid company. This will be a growing experience due to length we have had account open and to include direct deposits monthly . [protected]@yahoo.com

Green Dot green dot card

I bought a green dot card from my local Walgreens, and I had 57$ put on it. I tried to activate it and it would not work. I took the card to Walgreens and the store manager Stacy was finally able to talk to a live person. I was told that the card I purchased was one of the bad cards that was sent out to the store. The man from green dot told me to email all the information along with the receipt, name name, address and phone number and I would get a check refunded to me for the $57 within 2 weeks. It has now been a month or so and I have not gotten anything. I sent in pictures of the card as well as the receipt. My number is [protected].

Green Dot money taken that was deposited from lawsuit was taken by green dot.

On sept.11, 2017 ii received a deposit from a class action lawsuit.Greeendot took it upon themselves to deduct my monthly fee which I had no idea there was one.From my settlement deposit.Are they even allowed todo that with settlement deposits? So I then called customer service to asked what was going on.The representative promised to put the money back and revise monthly fee.which would leave me with $10 on my card.I never got the money put back I am still now $9.95 negative.wtf

Green Dot moneypak load

I purchased a moneypak to load on my card on 9/16/2017, I created the login and attempted to load the funds I put on the moneypac. It would not load, and the next day and today still I cannot get into the I was told by my card issuer that sometimes the moneypac does not work, so I ordered and received a new card and tried to load it on 9/28/17 and everyday since.

I have called the moneypac number, in fact the only people that knew the number are the moneypac people, because they asked for the number first thing and every time I would call, when ever someone would answer the phone anyway, I then spoke with someone and Yesterday I was told the moneypac had already been used.

I was trying to register my green dot and the keep board when id get to the 4rth number each time woukd switch it and im not sure what mistake there was but i never finished registering never put all my information and everytime i try to call it says my information and social is wrong but i never finish purting it and im having problems i need to speak to someone to help me and every number you guys have is a operator.

Green Dot walmart money card

I am submitting a complaint about my card. My card was cloned (I assume dince I still have the card) and then they were able to take $800.00 out of my account in the same day. I filed the complaint on the phone within 5 mins of finding out about it, I found out the day after it happened and submitted the form via email the next day. My claim was denied.
Since I still have the card and nobody has my pin# how is that not fraud.
Also how can someone take $800.00 out in one day when I have been told my daily limit was $400.00 at an ATM.

Green Dot I called green dot with concern that fraud occurred

I contacted green dot recently regarding a money Pak purchased by my father for me, I was informed that I had reached a limit and couldn't load the money Pak to my green dot card. I then looked up money Pak customer service on the internet, the top or first listing is the number I called, that individual is the person that took the money Pak funds from me. Green dot emailed me indicating you are not responsible. I am very disappointed, I thought you would do more to help me with this. Every dime counts for me so this really hurt. It's sad that you don't care about your customers.

Green Dot green dot more like green don't

I can't believe your company would take peoples hard earned money and then put a block on the money that they need in order to live. I don't know how you guys sleep at night knowing that you're screwing people out of their money by having them submit documents of their ID's and then make them wait more, all the while you can charge for your monthly service on the card, but yet the customer can't use it, but your company can sure make sure you get YOUR money, right? I am a customer that has been fighting to get my $340 bucks from the crap company, only to be put on hold for over an hour. I want the block taken off my account. Green Dot card is invalid

Hello, my name is Soleil gott. I bought a Green dot card at my local Walgreens in Miami about 2 1/2 weeks ago, I loaded it with $150. When I went to register it online, it's coming up that my card is invalid. I have also tried to use the automative system with your customer service number and it won't connect me through. I have tried numerous times to speak to a representitive but have no been able to. I really need to use this money for a bill that is now late and I need this taken care of. I purchased my geen dot card at a local dollar general. I loaded it with $200 when I purchased it. When I call or go online to activate/register my card, it says it is invalid and there is a block on my card. Then I was sent to a site that wants a picture of my ID for verification. How can sending a pic of my ID verify anything when I never had to give any information when I purchased the card?! I need this money asap. Please help me fix this

Green Dot visa prepaid debit card

On 09/06/2017 I purchased a green dot prepaid visa card for $170.00 at walgreens on 200 w. adams at 9:58 a. m the card did not register & I tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem with your representatives. I was given this means to see about my refund. I was very inconvienced & penalized for not paying a bill in a timely fashion. please correct this error & refund my money

Green Dot i'm claiming identity theft

My name is Nina Wilburn, I received three emails on September 8, 2017, while I was in St. Lois, MO from Green Dot Walmart Money Card stating, "We have identified unusual activity on your card. To protect your funds, we have to temporarily turn off your card. The email was requesting documentation of proof of me being the owner of the card. I do not have a Walmart Money Card.

On the same date, September 8, 2017, I received another email stated, "Welcome to Walmart MoneyCard, I will receive my card in 5-7 business days. I did not order or request the card. I have not received the card if I was supposed to receive it. Please look into this matter and advise what steps need to be resolved.

I received an unsolicited Gobank Mastercard Debit card issued by Green Dot bank today. Drove me nuts trying to get ahold of a person. Finally just started hitting buttons on the phone. Got ahold of a gentleman who said he would close the account and would not allow another account to be opened using my SSN.
