I received an order that had a missing purchase...

I received the newport butane torch lighter... $53.99 but not the honeystick aero bee cartridge vaporizer mod $62.10...
On this same day, (12/30/2021), I received order # [protected] in another package... The avacado tincture... $125.99...
I am either waiting for another package or the honeystick vaporizer was just not included...
Desired outcome: Send me the Honey Stick AeroBee Cartridge Vaporizer... or deposit the price of $62.10+ Tax back into my CHASE Bank account...

A lot of blah-blah and nothing was delivered
I bought 3 vaporizers from the company www.grasscity.com. I placed the order 4 weeks ago, but these jerks still haven’t provided the order. I was so disappointed, and therefore I decided to contact these jerks. I asked to cancel the order and return money back, but the rep refused and started to provide some fake promises and tipped-toed around the matter. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

They didn't provide orders from Holland, they are scammers and artists
4 weeks ago I placed large order on the website www.grasscity.com. I paid money and the seller informed me that my order would arrive within 28 days, ‘coz it would come from Holland. I waited and got the package, but it arrived from USA. It turned out that they fooled me and overcharged as well. I sent multiple emails to the seller and asked to provide money back, but the seller refused and told me a lot of unpleasant and inappropriate. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
Scummy
I ordered a water pipe. They shipped a completely different piece to me that was about 50$ cheaper than the one I ordered, and it took them three weeks to ship it. I left a complaint and tried getting in touch with them but no answer... I also tried putting down a bad review but they revise feedback before posting on their website so that all they have is good reviews. They are all inbred scummy ###s... dont they make enough money to send the actual ###ing products we order? apparently not...
Rip off
If you have trouble placing a order with a debit card, do not select "cash payment method" your money will be as good as gone. stop and think, if a company wont except money orders and want u to stuff bills in an envelope should sound big time alarms! I can't believe I was dumb enough to sent them my hard earn dough, the best they could do was ask me to send more. shop "everybodydoesit.com"and you"ll have no troubles with them at all.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I ordered and paid for some merchandise (totally legal merchandise). The one item that was shipped from a U.S. vendor arrived timely. The remainder of my order never arrived. GrassCity claimed that it was being returned to them by the postal service, for no apparent reason. They suggested maybe my address was incorrect, but it was the same address used by the U.S. vendor, so this was a crock. After several months, the only response I get from them is that they can't refund or re-ship until the old merchandise is returned to them! A TOTAL RIP_OFF!
There was no warning on their web site that items might not make it in the mail. I feel like I was robbed. UNLESS YOU ARE SITUATED IN EUROPE, I SAT STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS.
I just got this week my package (an incredibowl) form Grasscity.com without a problem! It took some time, but the CS was ###ing great, compared to their competitors.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this website...
I ordered my products and didn't receive shipping information... 3 weeks later I asked for an update and was told that they didn't have all items in stock even though the website said they did...
then got an email saying that customs will probably sieze the package and that I couldn't have a refund if that happened and that I couldn't really ever have a refund for that matter...
it's now about 2 months after I placed my order and I haven't heard anything else, my debit card has been charged twice with no way to actually get it refunded because they don't give a damn, no tracking info on my purchase, and no letter from customs.
this has by far been by worst experience EVER shopping online and so help me god, I'll never ever shop with them again even if I do eventually receive my purchase.

Beware grasscity.com . I ordered products on February 20 and they charged my credit card right away. It's March 16 and I still have not received anything. I have left many messages for "Support" by email and through their website and not one has been returned. Their phone line for support is just a recording that refers you to their website. I left 3 voice mails and none was returned. Their support is non-existent. Save yourself a lot of wasted time and expense; shop elsewhere.
