Giftblooms / valentine's day gift-worse customer service ever

The order I purchased was on Feb 2nd in hopes to be delivered on Feb 14th. We still haven't received the package nor have been getting good confirmation from either shipping company or Gift Blooms. I have repeatedly called FedEx and they report everyday something different. They said the building of the business is too big to go inside and deliver the package. I have asked them finally to just deliver the package to my house since it's too difficult for them. After 2 days of back and forth they still haven't figured out and continue to bring it back to the same building and still not deliver.

I have had 2 different calls today from FedEx asking me the same questions. I continue to repeat everything that has happened.
Gift Blooms response is horrible and they best the gentlemen said he would do is give me a 10% off my next order with your company. You have got to be kidding me. I will never use this company again and I'm beyond disappointed with the services. I will never recommend this company. The customer service is absolutely horrible.
