Furniture123Will not refund or take back damaged goods

We recently purchased a shoe store from furniture 123, tragically my husband passed away suddenly, before we took delivery, , we were all distraught and had a funeral to arrange, we did not open the shoe store box until a few days ago, the contents were damaged, broken mirrored front, we immediately contacted this company and were told because we hadn't contacted them in the 7 day cooling off period, we are stuck with this useless broken piece of furniture, And are £170 poorer, I am distraught and it beggars belief they have no empathy, do not buy from this company, they are completely heartless
