Ordered from Fragrance Direct back in December 2020. Got my order confirmed and paid for it. Waited patiently for 5 weeks, but unfortunately, I received a cancellation notice from them at the end of January. They cited problems with DPD delivery service and BREXIT as the reason for the cancellation. I was really disappointed and promised myself never to order from them again.

However, after 3 long months, on April 13th, I decided to give them another chance and placed an order again. I got the confirmation and paid for it. But, to my dismay, after 3 weeks, I received another cancellation notice from Fragrance Direct. And guess what? They cited the same problem with DPD delivery service and BREXIT as the reason for the cancellation.

If you're from outside the UK, I suggest you do yourself a favor and not waste your time ordering from Fragrance Direct. It's really frustrating to wait for weeks and then get your order cancelled. I hope they improve their delivery service soon.

Yo, listen up. I gotta warn ya about this company called Fragrance Direct. They're straight up fake, man. They don't give a damn about you or your perfume needs. If you try to claim fraud, they'll just send you to the manufacturer Cody and wash their hands of the whole thing. They won't even bother to inspect the bottles themselves. Let me tell you about my experience. I ordered some Cool Water perfume and it was all wrong. First of all, the amount in the bottle was off. Second, the "Cool Water" was written in the wrong font. Third, the "woman" wasn't even written under it like it's supposed to be. And fourth, the top shape was all flat surfaces instead of round. I mean, what kind of fake crap is that?

But here's the kicker. I did manage to get my money back, but they wouldn't refund me for the shipping. And that's not even the worst part. I also ordered some Euphoria perfume and it was just as bad. The smell was off and the metal covering was fake. I talked to an investigator of fake perfumes and they confirmed that a real Euphoria always has real metal covering. Fragrance Direct didn't even accept my review on their site. Can you believe that?

So, if you're thinking about ordering from Fragrance Direct, just don't. They're fake and they don't care about you. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I have been a loyal customer of Fragrance Direct for a couple of years now. However, I have noticed that the Prada perfumes I have ordered from them seem to be weak and lose their scent after a short time. I have even ordered Prada Luna Rossa for my husband and sons on multiple occasions, and they agree with me that you have to use about 20 sprays just to smell it, and then the scent disappears quickly. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company, and I believe that they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like this, especially during the Christmas season when many of us are ordering gifts for our loved ones. Prada is a very strong and distinct fragrance, and the pathetic excuse for a fragrance that Fragrance Direct offers and supplies is simply unacceptable. It is clear that they are just out to con people, and I find this behavior to be absolutely disgusting.

Overall, I would not recommend Fragrance Direct to anyone looking for high-quality fragrances. Their products are simply not worth the money, and their business practices are unethical and dishonest. If you are looking for authentic and long-lasting fragrances, I suggest that you look elsewhere.

First off, they sent me some used products. Like, come on, who wants to receive a product with someone else's fingerprints all over it? And they didn't even bother to check it before shipping it out.

And don't even get me started on the packaging. When I finally received my products, the box was all messed up and some of the bottles were broken. It's like they don't even care about making sure their customers receive their items in good condition.

So, I went to Fragrance Direct (fragrancedirect.co.uk) to buy a bottle of perfume for my friend who has stage 4 cancer. I chose Coco Channel Mademoiselle, which I thought would be perfect for her. I went to the store in Waltham Cross on December 20th, 2021, and was told that I could collect it on December 23rd.

When I went to collect it, the cashier told me that customer service had contacted me to say that they would deliver it to my home address. I was surprised because I had not received any communication from them. The cashier emailed them and copied me into it, asking them to deliver the item to my home address and guaranteeing that it would arrive on Christmas Eve.

However, I never received any communication or the package. I tried calling customer service, but they were closed for the holidays. I went back to the store on December 28th, and they told me that there was nothing they could do. I was very disappointed and frustrated because I had been looking forward to giving my friend the perfume as a Christmas present.

I decided to write a complaint via email, but they only said sorry and refused to compensate me for the embarrassment caused. As a loyal customer for years, I was very disappointed with their unprofessional and rude service.

But when it arrived, I compared it to one I bought from the high street and the difference in colour was like night and day. I was gobsmacked! I attached a photo of the high street one on the left and the Fragrance Direct one on the right. I know the curtain behind the high street one is darker, but trust me, to the naked eye, the Fragrance Direct perfume is significantly lighter.

When I confronted Fragrance Direct about this, they finally decided to take responsibility and try to fix the problem.

But it was too little, too late. My package still hadn't arrived by the time my friend's birthday rolled around, and Fragrance Direct had recalled it and given me a refund. I mean, I appreciate the refund, but I really wanted my friend to get his present on time. And to top it all off, Fragrance Direct's customer service was just terrible throughout the whole ordeal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

However, they knew they wouldn't be able to fulfill their contractual obligations to me by ensuring the products were delivered within the specified time-frame.

I wasted an entire Saturday waiting for a delivery that I had paid an additional premium for, which Fragrance Direct failed to honor. Nobody from the company attempted to contact me after my order was placed to highlight any concerns, request the necessary information, advise me that the delivery would not be happening on my desired date, or offer an apology.

I was simply left in the dark, and I consider this very bad practice. I have no problem with a company requesting further information as a safeguard against fraud. However, it should be communicated accordingly and not impair my purchase.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Fragrance Direct. I think I'll stick to The Perfume Shop in the future.

So, I just got some mens cologne from Fragrance Direct. I got Joop, Aramis, Paco Rabanne, and Racing Green. I gotta say, the Aramis and Paco Rabanne don't smell like anything at all! And the Racing Green, you gotta spray a ton of it just to get a whiff. The Joop smells like Joop, but it doesn't last very long, so it's probably fake too. I bought this product on the 3/12/22 had email saying on the 4/12/22 item dispatched please allow 24 hours for tracking update well been 8 days now an everytime I check my tracking number with Royal Mail there saying sorry try tomorrow so I’ve emailed yourself an got no we’re I’ve rang customer service to keep having an answer machine put phone down on me saying not taking calls so I have rang Royal Mail am been told the parcel has not been dispatched an has not reached there network so I’ve paid for something u have not geniunally sent as stated in your email on the 4/12/22 saying dispatched can someone please sort this I am very annoyed if this was a normal shop u would be saying I’ve been scammed coz at the moment u have my money an 8 days on nothing been sent ?

I visited the store to collect my item and I realised it was the wrong one so I spoke to the manager she wasn’t really polite I’ve asked for alternative she was not having it all I wanted was the same one but COCO MADEMOISELLE Eau De 50ml .. o was really disappointed and I suffer from depression it caused me more stress I decided to walk out and sat down a chair nearby to take my medication . After checking my perfume bag next to me. It wasn’t there it got stolen the manager name asma she caused me inconvenience and now I’m on my way to hospital as I don’t feel right. I've been using the Pink Happiness Fragrance for a couple of years now.
But like this weekend it has not been the first time where I bought a can of Pink Happiness and when I want to use it the can is full but there is no gas in it or the liquid comes out when you use it. This has happened to me a couple of times and it is starting to become a problem. I use some other Revlon fragrances as well but I like the Pink happiness most and it is only with the Pink happiness I am getting this problem

I ordered a parcel of u and I got a email to say it had been dispatched, then on the Saturday I got a email from royal mail to say they tried to deliver parcel and they put a card through the door, now first of all we were in Saturday, and a card wasn't put through the door, my mum and I r both disabled and we're grieving the lost of my dad, I rang up on the Sunday to be told that alot of people have been ringing up about saying there parcels have been delievered when they haven't, so she told me to give till the Monday and it hadn't arrived then, then ring back on the Tues which I did, and I appreciate they sent me another parcel, but I'm not happy as this is the second time this has happened to me, the last one went to my brothers address, which we never use as he works for the home office so hes never home, even he gets his parcels delievered to our address, I've used it company alot, up until the last to incindance I'm sorry to say I won't being shopping with you anymore, I understand they Arnt a huge amount of payments but it's not the point, if its Christmas I could understand but it ain't, even the postman knocked yesterday to find out about the parcel cause the manager asked him to, I've got enough on my plate without added stress.

When I contacted Fragrancedirect support they said that it was not their fault and told that I need to contact the shipping company. They were unfriendly and refused to help me. They also said no when I asked for a refund. I checked the reviews before I ordered and there was 50/50, but now I think that positive ones were fake. I personally had a terrible experience with them.
