Nope, just a big ol' "you're welcome."

After reading all of these horror stories about OAKCHA, I ain't just gonna sit here and let them keep my money. Oh, no no no. I'm taking action. I called up the Better Business Bureau and I even got my LegalShield lawyers on the case. Did I mention that they call you back in two hours or less? Talk about a life saver.
