    Eg. Active 360 insurances etc...

    Please contact the uae central bank

    This bank will not provide you a clear answer on how to resolve their mistake. My service request is pending since 05 months and they keep on saying a lot of delaying reason.

    FGB bank insurance dept. will not provide you a clear answer on how to resolve their mistake. My service request is pending since 2.5 months and they keep on providing lot of false & delaying reason
    ( e.g. due to technical issue, it will credited to you after a week, it will credited to you in the end of the month, an agent will give you a return call blah blah blah...etc.)

    As per the information they provided to me the reversal was approved on 31 jul 16. And it will be credited back to my credit card after 45 working days. Now after 2.5 months of chasing it they have change the reversal approval date to 31 oct. 16' which means delaying the payments. This is a proof of cheating. Be aware of this bank.

    Below are the FGB insurance employees providing false delaying statement.
