SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Useless customer service

I booked some tickets via FareGeek. When I made my reservation they asked the details of my credit and my drivers license. That was strange, because never before no company asked me that, but still I did as they said. I contacted customer service by phone and asked if everything was alright with my booking. Their rep said that everything was fine. In the result we arrived to the airport, and were told that our tickets were just booked but no sold! I immediately contacted them, explained the situation, and they placed me on hold for 45 minutes! I really hate this company!
