FansEdgeOrder never received

I ordered $500+ worth of goods from Fans Edge. Two weeks later I get an email saying they were issuing a refund as my order was returned. I never received it! Their customer service is THE WORST. Lazy and disinterested chat where they wasted one hour telling me I never receivers that email or a refund and guaranteed my order was in its way to me. Then another hour where they said oops no it was returned and refunded. No effort to look in to why or to re-place my order. Just rude "service" where they don't care about customer care at all, even when the fault is at their end, and all I wanted was to give them hundreds of dollars. If this service is outsourced, Fans Edge do themselves a huge disservice. Very disillusioned with their brand after this experience.
