Fandango / charged twice on my credit card when the website said it didn't process

Same story as everyone else. I tried to purchase two movie tickets, but the website said my zip code was wrong and showed my purchase as an error. I tried again and it worked. I noticed later on my credit card there were two transactions. When I called Fandango to correct the issue, the online chat said they can't do anything because it was after the show time and disconnected my chat.

I just want to be charged the correct amount! I was charged twice for the same movie!!

    If they won't refund you, you can try to dispute the charge with your bank.
