Factory Outlet Store pandora necklace and charm

I ordered a Pandora neckchain and charm in December from a website which appeared when I googled Pandora. I though it must be a legitimate one as it appeared on the web. My money was taken and I was given an order number. I later realised that I did not receive a confirmation email or any contact details Today I received a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses too and yes they are obviously fake! Can't believe they can get away with it! I thought the site was legit as I had an order number but realised after that I could not contact the. What can be done?

Do not order from factoryoutletstore.com _ 1 month since order_no communication about order status!

I ordered two pillows from this company and 1 month later the product has not even been shipped. I emailed the company 3 times to check in on the status of my order and received no response from this company. This company provides absolutely no service and is a waste of your time and money! Worst experience I have ever had working with an online retailer or any retailer in fact! Do not order from factoryoutletstore.com! Rating = (-10)!

Factory Outlet Store garmin map

I purchased a Garmin Navigator Europe NT, Full Coverage 2018. When I received it the adapter card was empty. There was no micro sd card in the adapter or anywhere else in the package. It is order FOS9050533E. I have made several phone calls to you and had a supervisor, Antoine call back and request photos. I took photos of all the packaging and the empty adapter card and sent them. I have called since then and all I get is a run around. I paid $100 for this and have nothing to show for it from you. I am a retired senior citizen and I cannot afford to lose this money. I leave for Europe Tuesday evening so either send send me a new card overnight or please give my my money back.

I and my friend bought clothes worth 160 euros and I was surprised that the site sent two times different products that we bought and have no financial value, I tried to contact them more than once and did not work, I hope you take care of my case to return my money, thank you very much.

I placed an order for a set of motorcycle handlebars costing around $150 US and received a cheap necklace instead, Emailed the customer service department and they offered me a 25% refund and to keep the necklace, after several stern emails later they offered 35% and could only give me a full refund if I return the necklace at my own expense, thats not happening, im not giving them anything more only to be screwed over again, not impressed.

I have received 3 items from this company over past 2 months and I can't trace the costs or where it was paid from checked with bank, , , nothing, pay pal nothing and ebay, , again nothing I am mystified . I have now changed card and demanded another card number, hopefully it will stop it . Wont buy anything now unless through pay pal or Amazon where things should be more traceable, I hope it is very worrying to say the least as I cannot find a web site or anyway to contact the company .

I do not know this company. But on 1/7/2021 I ordered Telescopic retractable metal ladder of 15 meters height for £35.98GBP. I paid through PayPal. Up to date I have not heard from this seller about delivery. Today I received this sterling stainless neck chain pendant which I never ordered.
Can this company or seller/ sender:Seunglee Seunglee, Sichuan shuangliu huaanghe rd 189, ChengDuShi SICHUAN 610200, CHINA, confirm how this came to be delivered to me? Let them explain the dispatch to me: date of my order, order ID, amount paid and how paid.

Just today, Jul 12, 2021, I also received a neck chain pendant (bird design) from the same seller Seunglee, Sichuan shuangliu huaanghe rd 189, ChengDuShi, SICHUAN 610200, CHINA which I never ordered. I did, however, order a garden planter for USD 82 on 5 June 2021 which I paid via Paypal to 曹 云 (Gabri.Rivenbar@mail.com). My Paypal receipt however does not indicate the nature of the order but instead simply states 2a8565561 Item# 2a8565561 which I now know was not the item I ordered but this pendant. This is clearly a scam and needs to be addressed by Paypal. William Kyle. email: williamjkyle @gmail.com

and if you follow the link the price is USD 489. Obviously way more than the USD 82 that these con artists used as a come on. About time that Facebook took some responsibility for policing their con-artist advertisers instead of hiding behind "buyer beware".

William & Charles, I too was scammed on 6/17/2021 by the same seller/address and also received a cheap pendant with a red swan. I ordered a YETI HAUL HARD Cooler in a tan color. I am so upset and have a couple cases open with PayPal already.

Bought from FIRETTI ...a figurine and got a stainless steel neclace from cartier...lol. no packing slip and they sent...not from firetti but through customer care expert and serinda ...2 separate confirmation emails. Finally found how to contact customer service through firetti website and had response from serinda...not able to find my email...now firetti site is more updated and new...but clear customer service contact...just to make it seem more legit I guess. I sent email to serinda claiming fraud and theft...illegal...lol and had swift reply requiring photos and pic of packing slip...there was no packing slip...have no doubtbthis will be fruitless but will see what they do if anything.

I received a small package today from China. I normally order items online but more recently just home goods due to the covid-19. It had a bracelet in package. Plastic. I didn’t order this. The only unusual item that I have purchased was a piece of furniture that I saw through an ad on Facebook. $199. I paid for and have not received it. Months ago. It’s late and I’m tired but tomorrow I will check on this and my credit card. If I’m fact it was the furniture ordered, I am appalled and furious that Facebook allows these companies to advertise. I sprayed it with Lysol before thinking it was a scam. That’s why it looks so bad.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts for gifts from a very nice "Hallmark" ad on Facebook It pictured the red truck with a tree and gifts in the back of the truck, with the Hallmark name and crown logo... I used pay pal to pay.
When I got the so called sweatshirts, they were from China. The sizes were way too small although there was a size chart used when I ordered them. They are cheap shirts. Not what I would call a sweatshirt.
There was no return information inside the package. I called Hallmark customer service, and this China company is a rip off, not part of the Hallmark company.Hopefully child labor was not used, and no bugs or eggs came through in the packaging.
As an aging adult in America, I was caught in my first rip off scheme. You can not be too careful.

Factory Outlet Store norelco shaver

I purchased a Norelco shaver on 9/24/18. After trying for 21 days I was not satisfied and returned product. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty
with the razor. My total charged was $257.90. refund was only $215.26.
Why such a big difference? Was the cost of the extended warranty cancelled and refunded? Or was the restocking fee what made the big loss of refund?

Factory Outlet Store single phone to go with my new panasonic phone set

I ordered 1 single phone 7 days ago. A half hour later i called to cancel it. The man said it already went to shipping. Are they kidding? Then why did it take 7 days to get here from New York? It was ordered on the 11th of October. It was supposed to be delivered the 18th. did not come. I stayed home all day waiting for the pkg so i could refuse it. I told the sales person i was going to refuse it. He got upset about that. I will never recomend this place to anyone. Whatever happened to Panasonic. Anyway the pkg came today. I am returning it tomorrow. Panasonic gives this place to order?

Factory Outlet Store batteries

Ordered two BAT030 (24 Volt) Bosch batteries for replacements. Received two BAT048 (9.6 Volt) batteries. Called and was told I should have called them to make sure I would receive right batteries. Told me new batteries would be more money and I told him I would just like what I ordered for the price on the web site. No deal. Told him to send me return goods authorization. Said I would have to pay 15% restocking fee for there mistake. Got tired and said to send paperwork. Sent paperwork but no return label. Called again and was told I would have to pay for freight back. Argued and agent finally agreed to waive all fees and sent return label within 48 hours. NO return label so I called again. Told return label was cancelled/voided and I would have to pay to send back. AS of now looks like I will have to pay fees and freight. Good way for a company to make 15% profit for their mistakes or was it really a mistake. I think not a mistake.

Factory Outlet Store batteries for a phone wireless

I ordered 2 ok x3 for a total of 6 batteries. I gave the operatorthe phone model number and they sent me the wrong type it was suppose to be two batteries sealed in plastic with small wire and clip attach do all you would have to do is plug it inside the phone battery located in handset. The battery on the right side is old one cane out the phone the ones I purchased on the left side clearly not the right one. No invoice was sent with item for a return. This is not good business practice I would appreciate getting an invoice as well as the right batteries.

Factory Outlet Store refrigerator water filters

We ordered 2 UKF8001 Maytag refrigerator filters the beginning of April and it took over a week to receive the package which we could track and see it went to various states around us before finally arriving. It was supposed to be shipped to us but they sent it through USPS. The filter did NOT COME CLOSE TO FITTING our Maytag. It did not have a brand name on the item and says "made in China" on the filters. Contacted their customer service and the person was hard to understand; told us we could return both filters (one we had opened, the other was not opened) and see what happens as he didn't know if they would refund our money or not. He said that they get a lot of items returned! I know why, now! Went online to find out their return policy has a 15% restocking fee, and they can reject the return for numerous reasons. They will NOT accept any item that has been opened. Contacted them through live chat where it appeared they were going to help but in the end said we could best be helped by calling customer service. I replied we had already done that but customer service was not helpful. They ended the live chat and a survey question asked how satisfied I was with the chat and was my issue resolved. WHAT A JOKE!
They are deceptive and know their products won't fit. They should not be allowed to be in business!

Factory Outlet Store miele bag 7189520/p204

the vacuum bag does not fit and does not work w/ my miele vacuum. It does not collect the dirt rather the dirt and dust circulates in the actual vacuum and does stay in the bag because the seal is not adequate. This is a poorly designed rip off/scam

i ordered the bags in Oct 2017 - order number fos7940922e.

i want what I ordered 3 sets of 5 miele gn vacuum bags plus filters

if that is not possible I want a refund

Factory Outlet Store refrigerator filters

I have never had such a bad experience buying online. Ordered 6 refrigerator filters. They sent the wrong ones. When I went to change the filter 60 days later, it would not fit. I called them and asked for a refund or replacement of the correct filters. They refused to refund more than 3 of them, because it had been more than 30 days (even though they had never been unpacked). Not only that, but they refused to refund anything at all, but would only give me credit for other purchases. Then they told me that they DON'T STOCK THE FILTERS I NEED! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was busy! These guys are crooks and I am out $300 for filters that I can not use. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

Factory Outlet Store return

I am returning 2 bags that did not fit me properly.

These bags are in the same condition as when I receive them. They simply did not fit.

Your website says they MAY be subject to a restocking fee. I believed that this would be if they were used and we're not in like new condition. Now I am told it will be charged no matter the condition.

This is extremely misleading and I do not believe I should be charged for restocking fee.

I also need to be sure I will not be charged the "free shipping". Also, as you advertised "free shipping" it would not be free shipping if you try to recover the charges on the items returned.

I feel your information is very misleading. If you need to charge a 15% restocking fee it should be clear that this WILL BE CHARGED. It should not say MAY BE CHARGED.

The wording in your information leads me to believe that if I do not use the items and they are returned in new condition I will not be charged the 15% restocking fee.

If this cannot be resolved, I will be contacting the BBB as I feel this is misleading and dishonest.

Factory Outlet Store stereo earphones

SCAM Outfit. Ordered Stereo Earphones for my daughter. Was sent a discontinued item with ONE earpiece. Wanted to send me a stereo set at an additional price. The "Bait and Switch" companies still exist. Now they want me to pay return shipping and 15% return charge. Customer service would do better if their representatives spoke English. One of the most unethical companies I've ever dealt with.

Factory Outlet Store disappointed

What they say about their same day shipping is a big lie. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped yet. And there's no obvious reason for it. They just don't care.
I thought that maybe the item was out of stock but I see it on the website every day.
Maybe I would find the reason out if they replied. So their customer service is a huge mess as well.
Nothing positive to say. Disappointed.

Factory Outlet Store don't buy from them

After dealing with I understood that I'd better shop elsewhere, preferably offline.
Their website states that they ship the same say. It's great to know and when you order you expect them to keep their word. I live not far away from Syosset (it;s where their HQ is situated), and I thought that my package would arrive fast.
No, I was wrong. Not only they hadn't shipped anything on the same day, but also they didn't provide me with a tracking number. Only after sending them 10-15 emails I got what I wanted.
The item hasn't arrived yet, by the way. I ordered it one month ago...

Factory Outlet Store jura espresso machine water filters

I ordered 6 Clearyl white water filters for the Jura Compresso Impressa F7. I received the filters today but they are an off brand and I do not want them. They are not what I ordered, and the quality is not the same as the Clearyl. How do I return them for a refund to my credit card? I have ordered the Clearyl for years so I know the difference in quality.

Factory Outlet Store gps motorcycle mount

This firm appears intent on deception of the consumer at many levels. They post an on line website which leads the customer to conclude that the are an authorized Tom Tom (GPS System) Franchise, which they are not. The products are not clearly identified as to limitations of features.
I purchased a TomTom Motorcycle Mount, and attempted to return the product within twenty minutes of receipt because of a non fuction, and found that returns are subject to:
1. 15 % Restocking Fee. (For an item that was not as represented)
2. 20% Penalty for damaging packaging (Packaging was sealed and required cutting to open the product.)
3. Shipping of the return paid by the consumer.

Factory Outlet Store order #fos7736549e

This company which is represented as AT&T Factory Outlet Store on their website sold me something for my new AT&T cordless phones which clearly did not work with these phones! It took me several days to get a return/exchange form and the form said I had to agree to have 15% fee withheld from my refund because the item wasn't defective. I called and argued with a rep who FINALLY said they would give me a full refund (after I asked for a supervisor). However, they refuse to put it in writing! All this for a $24.95 item - they misrepresent their products and don't tell you in advance of the processing fee. If they told me, I would have broken the darn thing and told them it came that way (not really, but it's a thought).

Deceitful Merchant Steals Customer's Money

It is ridiculous that this company gets away with this! I bought a new phone for hearing impaired people with an extra handset and slow play answering system for my mom. She also has dementia and doesn't understand what you say unless you speak slowly. I was so excited to get this phone system and installed it immediately. Now I could talk to my mom on the phone and she could hear me. NOT! The base station would not charge the handsets. The extra handset base worked, but not the base station. I want to return it and shop for something different. After getting the return form, I find out I have to pay a 15% restock fee and the shipping on a defective phone that they sent me. This company's getting rich off of the restocking fees for all the defective merchandise they sell! The phone was way over priced to begin with. That just means the 15% restocking fee will be more. Funny, there was no mention of this policy on the order form. I wish I had read all these complaints before I ordered anything from them. NEVER AGAIN!

Factory Outlet Store unethical, fraudulent, rip off, do no do business with this company, you have been warned!

I ordered a Plantronics CS530 wireless headset from FactoryOutletStore.com, and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of product, terrible customer service, and lack of response on my issue. The headset I received was damaged/scratched with a large scuff mark down the front of the charging station. The earpiece was dirty with dust, earwax/hair inside of it. This is also a health concern as well.

I requested a supervisor the first time I called in and this foreign lady told me she was getting the supervisor and put me on hold for over an hour in limbo i'm sure just to get me to hang up. Then I emailed and received a response that I would receive a callback within 24 hours. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor that I was promised.

I also called yesterday to get a return label for this poor quality/dirty product and have yet to receive it. It doesn't take that long to get a return label. I just called in again today regarding this and another forein guy stated I would get this in a couple hours because it had to be "forwarded" to another department? really? Get with the program people. This is not how you run a business. Note I still haven't received the label as promised and it's been well over a couple hours now.

At this time I have filed dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. In addition, I will be filing fraud charges and consulting a lawyer next.

I regret ever making a purchase with this FactoryOutletStore.com . If this is the way you treat your customers you won't be in business for long. I wish I had reviewed your business online with the BBB first, 65 negative reviews? Really? Just awful.. You should just close your doors.
