[Resolved] Empire Flooring and Carpeting / luxury vinyl tile
We had Empire install some Luxury Vinyl Tile and were happy with the installation but not the tile. The tile looked like it was factory seconds. We were told the best products will be used and they will stand behind the product. So far I have not heard back from the salesman nor the company. The tile we picked was beautiful, but about a third of the tiles installed had spots on them that looked like spilled paint. The installers spoke very little English and we did not notice the flaws until the floor was complete. Empire said they would send somebody out in a day or two but so far nobody.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
