[Resolved] ECCOwalking shoes

I've been a loyal customer of Ecco for more than a decade, loved them and recommended them to everyone until yesterday.
I was doing a city tour in a group of twenty something people when suddenly my shoe soles started to fall a part and disintegrated. I thought that it was probably due to the fact I haven't worn that pair for a year or two but reading all these complaints I can see that I'm not the only one who's been in an identical situation.. very sad, the shoes were very comfy :-(

We apologize that you are having a problem with your ECCO shoes. ECCO offers a one-year limited warranty. To submit a Warranty Claim, simply visit On the bottom navigation, under POLICIES, select Warranty. The Warranty Claim process will be explained in detail. You will be prompted for all the needed information. It does state it is a one year limited warranty, but for sole issues the warranty goes beyond the one year.

A Claim Number will be generated and displayed. Be sure to retain this number to track your Warranty Claim. Once complete, you can print your Prepaid Return Label or E-mail it to yourself to print later. Then, simply package up your shoes, apply this label and drop off at any US Post Office. You will receive an e-mail when your shoes arrive at ECCO.

To track your Claim, go to and select the question mark ? in the upper right side of the home page. Select Track A Claim on the left side of the screen and then enter your Claim #.

If you have any further questions, please call ECCO Customer Service at [protected].
    Kind Regards
