Donna Karan New York / DKNY Product locate - help

Hello DKNY

I wonder if someone can please urgently help.
I bought DKNY Ladies watch from Ernst Jones back in 2004 or 2005. It has a sentimental value (insured), it has been stolen from my place and unfortunately I do not have any pictures of it. I have looked at your website but it does not show your old watch designs. It had a unique beige strap (4 thin saude [kind of material] strap on each side with Detailed DKNY on the base . It was analogue watch. Very pretty. Not ever seen that design since.
Please provide any link you have that can help me locate the design.

Hi DKNY,

I bought my 1st DKNY Flap Card Case on your DKNY Outlet Mall- Barga.
since DKNY is a well known brand and consider as one of the luxury brand all over the world, i wasn't expecting that it will easily torn. it was such disappointing that in just
1 month and half, the thread or the part of it is already torn. when infact its just on my bag all the time and i am using it everyday.

I wont deny that this is my 1st time purchasing a DKNY brand, at 1st i was so happy and excited coz the brand itself is good in the ears and on top of that your designs are very good. but then again the quality is not what I expected.

for a 1st time buyer, do you think it is a good impression for us?
do you think we will going to purchase again if we've had such experience like this?

I will attached the photos of the defective product and the receipt for your reference.

It will be up to you how you will going to resolve such a complaint like this.
but definitely i wont ask for refund.
please do something about it.

I had bought my watch about 2 years ago and worn it a few times only on special accaions and yesterday by accident it hit against a table not so hard but then I noticed the little handle has came out if place and 2 studs had dropped. I'm so disappointed as it has not been dropped from any sort of height just hit not so hard against a plastic table. I'm so upset in how fragile this watch it . I have other watches and they have been through so much and still they are in immaculate condition .

Donna Karan New York / DKNY girls jumper top

We have just purchased a size 6 girls pink jumper from house of Fraser in Glasgow uk. My daughter has only worn this item today and it is all bobbly already. This is not the standard of the clothing we have had from yourselves before. It has DKNY stuck onto the front of the garment.
I would like a full refund back please.

We bought a long coat for my granddaughter and after wearing it once, the zipper broke. Please let me know what the policy for this would be. I am hoping the company will stand by their products.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Love the jacket - disappointed in the zipper.

On one of the labels inside there is a #03DK211 and under that #800. Olive green long jacket with a pink hood. Size 7=8.

Hi dear
I purchased dkny sport legging and shirt as well then travelled overseas to united arab emirates
When I wore them I found the low quality of the legging that it opend from the middle of nowhere and the shirt stitching from the arm is also low quality as well
Iam very disappointed that I bought and spend money for nothing
I used to addict to dkny but not anymore...

I was brought this handbag for Christmas last year and I love the bag 2 bits only the colour has started to change like in the corners and near the zip I'm really disappointed as it looks dirty and old and I've had it for 6 months and didn't even start to use it straight away and for the quality it's disappointing especially when it cost as much as I did Im really not happy im quite gutted to be honest, I do have more pictures it would only allow me to send 2

I bought the watch in 3march 2018 from link store in city stars mall, Cairo. It was not a modern model but it had a discount and was tried by the salesman. I put in my closet for one month as I have another DKNY watch. I decided to wear it at 6April but I found out that it isn't working.
I went back to link store and explain the situation to the sales man but he cleared that the store is not responsible and I have to go to the maintenance centre. I tried to explain that I haven't use it yet but he didn't listen

Hi I purchased a jacket from your store in Kildare village Ireland about 1 month ago and it cost me 120 euro since then any time I wear the coat and go shopping I set the security alarms off when walking out of stores . So yesterday white out shopping I was searched and it wasn't the first time so i took the jacket off and out ur through the security alarm and it set it off so I called the store where I purchased the jacket and the lady was really nice and told me to bring it back to the store and they will look after me she said she would be off today but her colleague will help me and she explain it to her .. so today I drove from Dublin to Kildare witch takes 60 minutes to get there when I arrived at the store I ask for Tanya as the lady on the phone told me to and she will get the manger.. so the manger comes to the counter and I explained what was going on and she said wen ll what DO YOU WANT me to do and i said replace the jacket and she said it's old stock so I Can't help you I said well could you exchange it so she walks away and comes back with a long coat from the sale and says il give you this and it was not my style so I said I wouldn't use this so she got really angry then and said well nothing I can do so I said can I look for something else so she said ok so i seen some trainers for €90 so I said I will exchange for them and she laughed in my face and said so no there only in you can only have something from the sale and I explaind I paid €130 for the jacket I want the value for the faulty jacket she then said listen I can't help you I said your the manger so you have to and she said well I'm not so I said that's not good enough as a manger and she said well people think I'm a very [censor] good manger and laughed I had my 5 year old daughter beside me and this lady thought it was ok to speak like that I am A regular customer of dkny and never had a issue until not but I will not step foot in to another one of your stores again and I will post it all over social media to make people aware of how your customers are treated I am so angry and upset about this I will be taking legal action!

Hello,
I am contacting DKNY Customer Service in regards to a poorly made jacket I purchased last December. I bought the DKNY Double-Breasted fit and flare black peacoat in a size 4. All of the buttons have fallen off (except the top neck button,) in less than 3 months. I find this completely unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid for it (almost $400.) I rely on DKNY to have quality products, and I honestly can't believe this coat is falling apart.
It's almost embarrassing that I rely on the coat belt to put on my jacket, rather than the gold buttons. It looks quite funny wearing a long peacoat with only the top button intact, and several people have mentioned it to me. I would like an email response and perhaps some compensation for this poor quality purchase; I honestly can't believe DKNY sells products like this.

I purchased DKNY sheets at Homesense in St. Albert, Alta and played 79.99 for queen size. I washed them once and they thinned out, almost see thru in a spot the size of a grapefruit. They were a high thread count and paid more than I've ever paid for sheets and therefore never kept the bill thinking they must be good quality. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I have had previous DKNY sheets and never had this issue. I am hoping with your assistance, this set can be replaced. Thank you...

Hi,
I made a purchase of a merchandise from DKNY outlet, Pottstown PA on 23rd Nov amounting to $103.25. I had returned it on 24th Nov. What I am finding in my credit card account an additional amount of $76.97 has been charged to my card whereas I made no other purchase of this amount. I have all the bills as proof that I had purchased and returned Please investigate this and refund this amount immediately. This is very disturbing and bothering from a reputed brand store like DKNY. Please look into this asap and help the refund. Sharing the purchase and the refund bill. My contact # [protected].

Donna Karan New York / DKNY broken handbag. poor customer services!

After the leather bag handle of my Sutton chain bag snapped after only having this 8 weeks I contacted customer services. The lady on thr phone took my email address and told me someone would get in youch with me in regards to this issue. I did receive an email asking for photos and my personal details. I returned this information the same day. This was in June 17. I have sent 9 emails in correspondence to this and have not received any response whatsoever. Poor customer services. I would not recommended there products to anyone. £180 wasted!

I have been emailing since 3 weeks and I have gotten no reply. Disappointed in your customer service. Will make sure I tell all my friends and family to not buy any dkny products ever again. Your quality has fallen so has your service.

I reverently bought 2 bottles of your Dkny perfume 100ml the 1 that is printed in pink glitter writing on a clear bottle they were £19.99 each I am very disappointed in this product has I always get this or the one with the purple glitter Dkny written on it I wear this has a regular Purfume but it doesn't seem to be lasting throughout the day it's not as strong as it normally is and I don't understand why this is I have never had a problem with them in the past

I purchased a hand bag online from Amsterdam. After using it for few times, it started getting black marks in the corners of the bag and its in a condition to be used. Although I haven't used it for more than 5 times.

The issue is I have been writing to DKNY from April about my problem with the bag and every time they send me an email replying that I should be having patience or your patience will be appreciated. Its been 3 months now, how much patience they require?

This is not a way to deal with your customers. My issue is still not resolved.

Donna Karan New York / DKNY women's soho gray enamel and rose gold-tone stainless steel half-bangle bracelet watch 24mm ny2359

I absolutely love this watch but less than 24 hours of wear, the gold is rubbing off and there are scratches on the glass. I have an office job and live a pretty relaxing life so I would understand if the watch endured the elements but nope, I can't say that's the reason. I am a watch collector and not one of my watches have had such cheap finish and weak glass. I would appreciate a response to this. I do believe that products have a half life or are subjected to the elements, no?

Donna Karan New York / DKNY clothes

I bought several cloths during sales from the online DKNY site. Around 1/3 of my order was never delivered, although I was charged. When I sent an email presenting the missing items, they tried to confuse me with receipts and packages, apologized, said that I will get refunded and then they stopped replying.
Hence unless you are willing to pay more than what is declared in the web site I would recommend to avoid buying...

I bought jacket from the website www.DKNYClothing.com. I received all necessary info. They charged me really fast and only promised to provide my ordered stuff, but nothing. After that all my emails were returned back and when I tried to reach these scammers, no reply. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I have purchased two watches out of which one was DKNY ladies watch and other Tommy Hilfiger gents watch on 1st February, 2013 to be presented as a gift for my parents on their 25th wedding Anniversary from Lifestyle showroom located in Oberoi Mall in Goregaon (East), Mumbai. The scanned copy of details of invoice, warranty card giving the serial no. is enclosed for your ready reference.

I gift wrapped the same as my parents have left to Chennai on 31.1.13 and was back on 3.2.13. As their wedding day was on 4.12.13 on their return the same was given to them so that they can change the piece within 48 days, if required. To their surprise,
on opening the pack, I was shocked to see that the watch’s metal covering the dial was not in proper shape ie there was an extra metal mould. Immediately, the same was brought to the notice of the salesman (Mr. Abhishek) concerned of Lifestyle. The salesman interacted with the Manager and said that the damage has happened at our end and the loss has to be borne by me. He said that the glass was broken which I was not aware at all and was not ready to accept any clarification in this regard. I simply returned home in vain and started feeling very bad becos this was my first gift ever to my parents . My mother again accompanied me to Lifestyle showroom and she once again argued with the sales man as well as the Manager (Mr. Javed) but to our surprise the response was negative. Then my mother asked for the final solution or the matter will be brought to the notice of consumer court, since the glass damage can be accepted to some extent but not the metal damage at any cost. Since there is damage to the metal, the piece is obviously substandard and should not have been put up for sale at all.

When my mother confronted him saying that we would like to go to Consumer Court to get redressal of our complaint, after which he agreed to take it up with watch company. On 04.02.13 he had telephoned my mother and said the Company is not ready to accept the same but the dial and glass can be replaced at the customer’s cost. Which to my knowledge is something ridiculous… after paying a huge amount of approximately Rs.4000/- and within a day after purchasing, if such a response is heard from a dealer, then I thought the matter has to be brought to the notice of the Company.

In view of the above, I request the company to give necessary instructions to Lifestyle to give a new watch or allow me to buy some other new watch in exchange of the existing damaged watch.

Hoping a favorable reply from your end at the earliest.
