I had a digicel post paid plan which I requested to have cancelled. To my dismay it was not cancelled and charges were incurred. It has been a year now since I've been following to have a reversal completed, during which time my credit report with transunion has been deteriorating. Please explain.

    I purchased a Galazy phone 8, after making two phone calls it ceased to work, I took it back to the Tobago office who had to send it to Trinidad, who the stated I had damaged the front and the charger.I took it to a repair place who said they could find no such damage.I returned it the Tobago office who once again returned it to Trinidad.I have had endless chats with bTrinidad and the matter is still not resolved.I bought the phone on 6th December, 2017 and to day is the 6th march, 2018.The amount of time I spent on this is rediculous
